What about input lag on peripherals? I don't have any idea why it would activate anything in a dungeon but not elsewhere. What about right clicking WoW.exe and activating compatibility mode and choosing something like windows XP? Running the game in Administrator? Mouse drivers if you use any? Keyboard software/RGB stuff? Anything like that? I feel like I am grasping at straws at this point. What is even stranger is my system is similar and I don't have the issues.

Have you tried to delete your WDB folder? Also your WTF folder? NOTE/WARNING: deleting the WTF folder will reset all addons to "brand new/just installed" so take note of your addon settings you have changed so you can adjust them back after. Have you tried going with the opposite settings, from Ultra to Low? Are you running any addons that tweak graphics as well? Try turning all of them off. Have you gone through all updates available to your system? Video card, chipset etc. BIOS updates? What about mods that would only run in a dungeon or raid such as DPS Meters (DPS Mate), decursive, raid frames, Boss Mods (BigWigs?) etc? Try to disable or reinstall? What have you done so far? I can try and help but this is going to more than likely be something system related.

If you can get to the PTR and not to Nighthaven or Nethergarde the only thing I can think of is something on your computer is stopping it. The PTR doesn't have the same warden/anti-cheat protections the two live servers have. Double check all the software you are running for anything that could possibly be detected in any way. Macro or automation software, memory reading software, anything. Ensure nothing but WoW is running.

All of us are volunteers and don't have a set schedule - I am at work right now and I am unable to check if anyone is online. We do have GM's based in Europe, just not sure who is on right now.

It's strange that the quest isn't offered again - this is something like steps 10 to step 11 in the chain, correct? https://wowwiki.fandom.com/wiki/The_Missing_Diplomat_quest_chain Unfortunately I think you will need a GM to assist so you will have to await the ticket response. You will also likely need to be online at the time of the response from the GM.

When you have the opportunity, please create a ban appeal in the ban appeals forum. I understand you are not banned, but we need to escalate this to the GM team who has access to look at things like this and the ban appeal is the way were going to do that. My gut says that we would have more reports if this was something in our system, and you may have multiple user names associated with your email and may simply be using the wrong user name. When you abandoned the quest and went back to Tonga Runetotem were you able to pick it back up again? Try deleting the seeds from the inventory and starting from scratch. See if you can repeat the quest. This quest chain doesn't block you from anything but the one other quest, Altered Beings. So in all the maximum amount of XP you would miss out on is 2300 XP. To put that into perspective, it's over 6 million XP to reach max level and as you level each higher level quest is worth more. You will quickly catch up.

Here's my personal take, hopefully others will jump in with their own experiences. I honestly think Mages, Rogues, Warlocks and Hunters are probably the easiest to level. Warlocks and Hunters have pets, so you have to manage them, but they can also tank for you is the trade off. Priests going shadow once you get full wand spec and Spirit tap is about medium hard. Druids hybrids and sort of medium as well depending on your play style. Shaman is fun but you have to manage totems so for a new player it may be a bit complicated while also trying to learn the game. Warriors are probably the hardest to level. I would say paladin is the most boring, its mostly buffs and auto attacking.

If you abandoned the quest and were unable to pick it back up again (and thus have another try at completing it) than it did complete and you did get credit it for it in the logs and the XP for the quest. Please note the rewards for this quest back in vanilla is only 1150 XP. Everything we have would of been merged into your account already and all past characters from other realms would have been placed on our Nighthaven realm. If a character was deleted but is still in our database and could be restored it will shop up in the control panel if you log into the website, goto shop, goto edit character and then to character restore.

What is the issue you are having with the quest? You never describe the issue in your post.

have you played here before? Double checked your realmlist.wtf file is correct? Should only be one line in it that says; set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org
