We have a rather aggressive anti-cheat in place and we also investigate user reports. It could have been either of these things. I don't know the details nor do I have access to any of the details but just looking at what you wrote above purely at face value you probably got reported by another user who thought you were a bot and the GM was simply following up on the report.

Another player must first purchase your gold before you are given any coins. The gold exchange moves very quickly and some users post many auctions at once that tend to bury other auctions. If you dont see it right away check back a few different times during the day. Also the way the exchange is ordered is it's by total proce in Elysium Coin and then by gold denomination. Sometimes that helps locate an auction.

Are you able to see the character in the armory through the website control panel? On each if your 3 accounts are you also checking the "extra chars" realms in addition to Nighthaven?

All characters are placed on all accounts for everything we had in the database. Most users that experience this have multiple accounts are are simply logged into the wrong one.

When you log into the control panel do you see the rogue? Most people experiencing this issue have multiple accounts and are logged into the wrong account.

Last week we had a 24 hour period of double XP. Most people really enjoyed it.

Log into the website control panel and click on Buy Coins. Take a look around the shop and see if any of the items interest you~

There are actually 2 things at work here and both are punishing to lower levels; One is hit or miss chance (spell hit) - which also decides on the second roll if you hit normally or crit. Double check your realmlist.wtf to ensure it only says "set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org" If that doesnt work try resetting your password in the control panel. If neither works come back and we can take the next steps.

It's something between your connection and the server then - using a VPN would probably help the result. Unfortunately we do not control all the routers and servers between our server and our end users. It's not a good situation for anyone 😞

I would submit a GM ticket in game so they can investigate this.

I just cant imagine a server issue that has a disconnect on load. Normally a disconnect on load is an addon, or addon setting or an old WDB that hasn't been cleared in a long time. Delete your WDB and move your WTF out of the WoW folder. Load the game and log in, but at character selection unload all if your addons and see what happens. Then start loading the addons back in 1 by 1 until you find which one causes it.

Are you alt+tabbing when you are loading into the game world?

When does this happen exactly? I need to try and understand the issue more I am unable to understand from this description. When does this happen and what are you trying to do with this happens?

Newly restored characters may have strange issues while mailing, trading or interacting with the auction house for a few days. There isnt anything you or our staff can do to speed up the process. It's sort of a limitation of the client when a character is restored.

As stated on Discord, I believe this to be same faction griefing and against the ToU. Please use the red "?" on your mini bar to submit a GM ticket with the screen shots.
