Please use the GitHub bug tracker in my signature to report this. With that said, temper your expectations on this as all evidence you have provided is from WoW classic. As much as blizzard want to try and tell you it's the same mechanics as vanilla - it is not. These are very similar but different games and our project focuses on a true vanilla experience.

Only by purchasing the twinks insignia token from the shop with Elysium coins. If you do this, make sure you select the correct server first to ensure you send the token to the correct server and character.

For GM assistance in game, please open a GM ticket by clicking the red "?" On your mini bar.

Are you checking the correct server? The gold exchanges for Nighthaven and for Stormrage are separate. Alternatively, did you maybe post gold for the wrong server on accident?

Did you check to see if the name you wanted was available first?

Ingame issues are handled by the GM's via ingame ticket. Please submit a ticket.

Many items are added in later patches. I didnt specifically check these items but generally that is the case.

Its unclear what you mean, are you saying your sales posting doesn't show up or that you have not received coins? If not showing up sometimes you just have to check often. Depending on volume of sales you could be viewing page 3 but by the time you goto page 4 your sale has moved from 4 to 3 making it seem like it's not there. If not recieved coins, another user must purchase your coins with gold. When this happens the coins will appear on your account in just a few seconds.

Log out, clear WDB and log back in. Its showing cached values.

The realmlist.wtf file should only have 1 line that says; set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org No quotes around it like what you have. Ensure you dknt have any additional spaces or returns in the file. Save and try to login again.

All character copies were completed on August 8th 2019. There isn't another way to copy over - all progress was to the individual server from that date.

navigate to your wow install folder and delete the folder named "WDB" to clear your cache. After that try and get in. If that doesn't work, next time you are in character selection try and disable all of your addons. If that doesn't work exit the game and delete the folder named "WTF" in your wow folder. Warning on the WTF, that folder contains all your addon settings and will put all addons back to default.

Forum accounts and game accounts are different by design. Try another user name and password for the game. Also ensure your client is setup properly. Theres a link to our guide in my signature.
