If you are talking about Anathema characters, then yes they are rolled back about 4 weeks. The database we were able to recover was dated September 27th 2017.

It means that it will not be changed by us. You can use whatever method you wish, play it, PVP on it, Farm with it, or AFK in Org etc.

Final Update - This playtime was set on purpose to all Anathema characters by the server management. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused!

Small update - using GM commands we can see the actual time /played. At least on the couple of characters we just tested it on. So that seems to be intact still. Now what is causing this issue and how to fix it escapes me at the moment, I have created a ticket to have this looked at.

I am checking on this so I give you the right answer. This is the first I have heard if this.

Gear stat tool tips are actually client side. All you need to do to update items is to close your game and navigate to your WoW folder and delete the sub folder called "WDB" and then relaunch the client. Items have been giving you the correct stats the whole time, it's just the visual tooltip update.

Were unable to restore items not included in the database. We have no way of verification on any gear that wasn't in the database. Apologies but the items are lost.

The database that was restored was as of September 27th 2017. Any progress or characters created after that date are unfortunately lost.

We are pushing out a few fixes right now so the servers are up and down while we complete work. Apologies!

There's no end in mind for Nighthaven. We plan to keep as long as there's enough players to make it playable. Playable would mean enough people to support grouping, PVP, dungeons and raids. The TBC project will be on it's own server - we have not named it yet. The advantage to our project over others out there is our scripting as well as being able to copy any level 58 character from Nighthaven to TBC when it launches. This will allow you to not only carry on the adventures of your character(s) but since it's a copy, it will also stay on Nighthaven. After the folks stole our Anathema database, they attempted to delete and sabotage the database(s) and backups as best they could to stop us from ever recovering it. Whatever is in the database is all there will ever be - it was merge everything we have or merge nothing at all. We chose to give back everything we could to the community. With that said we are perfectly willing to listen to and review any evidence you may have regarding this, but I cannot promise anything will happen and the investigation is not likely to be a fast turnaround time.

You cannot make a Paladin out of a Shaman or a Shaman out of a Paladin currently. At some point after TBC launch when we put up the TBC shop you will be able to do this, but not as part of the vanilla project.

Check the "Extra Chars" realms and see if they are there. If you are out of character slots on the normal "Nighthaven" realm they rolled over into a different character selection screen. All of these servers still log you into Nighthaven. This was just a creative way for us to fool the client into allowing users to have more characters on a server than normally allowed by client limitations without changing the client itself.

Unfortunately when our Anathema database was stolen, the folks who stole it also worked hard to delete and sabotage all of our backups. The database we were able to salvage for today's merge is as of September 27th, 2017. Any progress made after that date and all gear, materials, gold, levels, materials etc. Is gone forever. It was either that or all these characters were lost forever. Apologies for the bad news and any inconvenience but we salvaged absolutely everything we could.

The character from Nighthaven will have first rights to the name, the other one from Anathema will automatically be given a free name change. It will not block or otherwise try to over wrote any characters already on Nighthaven.

Theres some kind of an issue with accessing the extra chars realm right now. The team is aware of it and working to fix. Apologies for any inconvenience.

We merged our Anathema database into the server today. Just to clarify, you are saying you had never played on Anathema at any time in past couple of years and didnt have that character? Want to make sure I understand properly.

Since no one has replied, my opinion would be the Warrior, Mage, Shaman Combo of the two you listed. The shaman can off-heal but also DPS when needed and you don't have to worry about splitting much gear that drops. Totems are great utility. Also a shout to Warrior, Mage, Hunter Combo. Hunter pets can be very useful and hunters are legendary for their leveling speed. Things will die incredibly fast after level 10 when hunter has pet.

Downtime was moved from yesterday to today in order to be less disruptive to raiding guilds and the server first Atiesh obtained yesterday.

This is a planned shutdown of 4 hours in order to merged the Anathema database into Nighthaven.
