	It's more likely the gold is buried in all of the pages and not lost. PM me as much detail as you can about your post to the shop and I will see if a GM has time to investigate and cancel it for you. I would need an account name, email address associated with the account, character name you have used to post it and approximate time with time zone this was done. Please do not post any information in public. Some try and use that information to compromise your account.

	It appears many of the fireworks quests have been reported on our bug tracker for the development team to look at. I apologize for the inconvenience. You can submit an ingame ticket, and a GM may be able to help you complete the quest.

	You don't need to do anything but place it in your WoW folder and overwrite the realmlist.wtf that is already in there.

	If you are immediately disconnected it is a realmslist issue. Try downloading ours from here and just simply replacing the one in your folder; https://elysium-project.org/realmlist.wtf

	We have been working hard on restoring the Anathema database and hope to have some news for the community very soon. It will most likely be announced first on our discord server. Link to discord is in my signature below, or the upper right of the forums.

	Error 132 is one of the hardest to diagnose and fix. The reason is it's an error when they don't really know the reason for the error. Normally it means that the game can't write to a file, but it can literally mean anything at all that's "undefined". Since you have gone through the hardware pretty well and most of the game settings for software - I will add the only things I can think of; -In googling up your graphics card it appears the drivers from ASUS have all sorts of overclocking/auto tune etc. type software. If this is installed try removing it/disabling it completely. I am listing this first because this WoW game client is as close to a relic of software as gaming gets at this point. I can't imagine it likes or can support any of these new graphics card modifications. This includes but may not be limited to; Industry Only Auto-Extreme Technology with Super Alloy Power I, GPU Tweak II with Xsplit Gamecaster, NVIDIA ANSEL, NVIDIA GameWorks. -Making sure you don't have anything else that may interfere with the game such as malware/virus/adware protection software. If you have this either whitelist the game or remove the software. -Make sure the rest of your device drivers are as up to date as you can find. -I am going to assume that with the fresh client installs that you have no addons installed. But in case you do, please try to remove them and delete your WDB/WTF folders.

	I am not familiar at all with external devices beyond a normal mouse and keyboard. With that said, you may have to consider that the original game client is incapable of detecting your mouse. It may just be you have newer, unsupported hardware that the game can't utilize. I would check with Steelseries and see what drivers and support they can offer.

	An important difference between our project and other is that we are continuing progression just like retail and we have a pretty even population now on Nighthaven. It's not like we have an entire server of re-rolls like others.

	If you could check all characters on the account to make sure it didnt go somewhere else on accident. If not submit a GM ticket to escalate the issue. If yes also submit a GM ticket just explaining it ended in the wrong character and which character it should have been on.

	Have you closed the game and relogged since the purchase?

	So far you are the only report of any instability. Have you tried deleting WTF and WDB folders? Since you test so many addons I am going to say you have more residual parts of addons then anyone else on our project and deleting WTF and WDB will go a long way to help clear it out.

	Then something went wrong with the install. See if there are more folders under the main folder and drag them out into the main addons folder. Such as if you have an addon called "MegaAwesomeUI" and it has another sub folder also called "MegaUI" inside of the "MegaAwesomeUI" folder drag the "MegaUI" folder into your /Addons/ folder and see if that does anything for you. We will figure this out!

	Many addons from GitHub will have -master at the end if the addon folder name. Make sure you are removing that part.

	Are you able to try different versions of your graphics driver?

	That doesnt sound right to me, I used to use that item for battlegrounds. A quick Google to refresh my memory confirmed that doesnt seem like the correct behavior. If you could, can you open a ticket in our GitHub bug tracker? Link in my signature below.
