It's likely if you moved here from Nost that your characters are stored in the Anathema database and that has not yet been merged into Nighthaven. You are looking at another 3-5 weeks before those characters are playable. In the meantime feel free to start a new character, setup your UI and have a look around.

The security of the accounts are up to the user. With that said do you have any recollection if the realm the characters were on, names, levels and last time you played down to the day? Someone may be able to pour through logs and try and do something for you, but is a time consuming process and low probability of success. If you have some of this I can check in with the team and see if someone wants to take it on, but dont get your hopes up.

TBC will allow anyone with a Nighthaven character level 58 or above to enter the dark portal just as it worked in retail Vanilla. If you wish, you can check out our discord - linked in my signature below. Once there, navigate to the pinned messages on our TBC channels it has some good information posted there.

As early as 3 weeks, as many as 5 weeks. No firm date, that is the latest estimate from the dev team.
 -
Are your video card drivers up to date? You can also try running wow.exe in windows XP compatibility mode and see if that helps. Let me know if either of these suggestions work for you.

It depends on how many honor points the kills are worth and when you earned them when the honor calculates each week. It's not just the kills.

Yes, feel free to test and build your addons as you see fit. When it comes time to move from beta to live, only our side will be wiped and made fresh.

Alliance and horde npc's spawn in the dark portal bugged?

Your second link isn't working, but that could just be my issue on mobile. It seems to me like they should path, but I don't know for sure. Please use the GitHub link in my signature and paste this into a report for the experts to look into. Much appreciated! -
I see you in discord as well but I will respond here; the character auction is the only way we have to move a character from one account to another. Anathema characters have not yet been merged. When it happens you will not need to do anything, it will happen automatically.
 -
Make sure you check nighthaven as well as both of the extrachars realms. They are all really nighthaven and load into the same game world. If your characters are not there, then they are on the Anathema realm which has not yet been merged. Don't worry if they are on Anathema, that database will be merged shortly after new years.

The extrachars are still Nighthaven. We created those when we merged past realms into Nighthaven in order to full the game client into allowing more characters on the same server than would normally be possible. This way the players that had characters across all of our servers didn't lose any characters to an over write when we merged servers. TLDR; Its all the same server. It's all good, have fun! -
The beta realm will be wiped prior to going live.

Please don't post usernames in public. There are people that will take that and try and compromise your account with the information. I have edited it out for you. When you try and login do you get the captia and does it completely successfully? Some browsers and browser addons interfere with it. Especially some ad blockers. Try disabling browser addons or trying a different browser and see if you can log in with that.
 -
Not directly until we move the database back ok online/merge the database into Nighthaven. It shouldn't be too much longer now.
 -
Some accounts were locked while inactive. Simply reset your password and you should regain game level access. Also, since you have not played in awhile and if your using a different computer from your wife - ensure that the install on your computer has the proper realmlist.wtf login settings you can find the proper language in the Beginners Guide in my signature.

The only current method for getting a character from one account to another is to sell it in the elysium shop.
 -
Sorry you feel that way, but a couple of things I will address quickly; Higher levels do not damage your armor if you die to a gank. You only lose durability for a death to the environment or NPC's. It costs money to run servers. Thousands of dollars in fact. We can't just put a server online with no user base. Good luck with whatever you choose to do in the future.
 -
What you are describing is a PVE server. We do not offer this server type. We did in the past, but the user numbers on the server were so low the server was unplayable. You could never find groups so you basically just leveled by yourself with little to no options at max level for end game content.
 -
We are aware if the issue and are working on a resolution. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Please don't post account info/emails in public. I have edited them out for you. Please submit an in-game ticket with all of this information by clicking the red "?" on your mini-bar.

Server info is the same as 8 months ago - our How to Play guide is here; https://elysium-project.org/howtoplay/en If you are from the US there are reports some ISP's seem to be routing traffic through a bad router somewhere in France and will not let you reach the server. A temporary fix is to fire up your VPN if you have one and then connect. If you do not have a VPN I am told TunnelBear is a free VPN but I have no experience using it myself.
 -
I have been made aware that several people are having connectivity issues - there seems to be a router down in France that's causing it. The short term solution is to use a VPN. If you do not have/do not have access to a VPN you can try a free VPN like tunnel bear.

GM's are for in-game issues, CM's are for out of the game/general advice. Try running the WoW.exe in windows XP compatibility mode.

Unfortunately, we do not have a way to transfer coins directly between accounts. You could always purchase gold from the shop and then mail it to your new account if you wish to use the coins in that way.
