On or about that time. We had really hoped for more progression in Naxx before the merge. As always it will happen automatically and characters will appear in your selection screen.

Let's go slow here; Have you played on elysium successfully in the past, or is this a fresh install and account with us? If you played previously, when was the last time it was successful? Can you log into the main website with your account information? https://cp.elysium-project.org/ If yes, and only errors are when trying to load into the game, describe what error you get and when you get the error; Example: account name and password are successful & you get to character selection screen - you select a character and upon trying to enter the world you get "Disconnected by Server" Let's start with this and go from here.

If you were on Anathema, that server has not been merged into Nighthaven yet. We expect to merge those characters automatically to your account in the next couple of weeks.

Use the control panel to reset your password. This will send you a confirmation email with a code you must enter. Some older accounts that were inactive for a period of time were locked to keep them from being compromised.

You do not receive your first talent point until level 10. You access this at 10 by pressing "N".

I believe the character on Nighthaven will be given naming priority so the one from Anathema will end up with a name with a bunch of numbers after it and be forced to change the name before it can be played.

Yes your character was merged over to Anathema. The Anathema database is still offline, that server had Naxx open for a while and there were many characters with higher level gear than what we had on Nighthaven. We just launched Naxx on Nighthaven and progression will soon match Anathema. At that time, probably a couple of weeks, we will go ahead and merge in the Anathema characters with Nighthaven. You will not have to do anything for this, it will just happen automatically.

We did notice this issue last week and over the weekend we did merge 18+ pages into about 3 pages. Our webdev team is in the process of making it so its 1 gold sale per character with a maximum amount of gold sales per account. Appreciate the feedback, we are working to make it better!

It should work from any bag slot now, and it does have to be in your bags from what I understand.

It was just the way we gamed the client to allow more characters to ensure people didnt have to delete characters when we started merging other servers into Nighthaven. They all load into the same server, nighthaven.

Paypal has issues supporting "Virtual Goods/Services"

We look for the comments on where to place the coins. The directions state to leave your account name and email address in the comments. Not a big deal you can just contact us in game or on discord with the transaction ID and we can get you sorted.

It's an either / or on the software. I use the Google software. Please do not use both. Also most of the bug reports on not being able to log in seem to come from those using Duo Mobile. It seems to work great for some and not at all for others. Another tip seems to be some people are effected more by latency so the work around is to wait on a fresh code in the app then enter it as quickly as possible.

If you are able to log in and get to realm select and then select a character and you are loading into the world and it drops this is normally caused by corrupted game files or an addon. Easiest test is to disable all addons first and try again. A run through the beginners guide again just to be sure something else obvious isn't happening is always a good idea as well. Link in my signature below. Otherwise, are you able to re-download and re-install the game? If you wish make a backup copy of your interface folder that you can move back so at least you don't have to download all the mods again.

Can you attempt another login? It may have been down when you tried.

Double check your realm list to ensure no extra spaces have invaded the file when you copy/pasted. Sometimes that happens and will cause this. Second biggest cause is if you installed the game to the default location in "Program Files". You must install to a separate drive, or on your desktop or somewhere other than Program Files. Also it's good to review all the steps in our beginners guide. You can find a link to it in my signature. Just make sure you followed all the steps.
