The server is located in France. Depending on your routing to France you may be able to achieve better routing and less ping by utilizing a paid VPN that has servers in France. This is not a guarantee and does cost money. If you are interested, Torrent Freakz does a huge breakdown of VPN's every year from the point of view of privacy but it is a good list to go through if you do not have a VPN service now and would like to find in one. Thos is a great discussion and feedback. We have been discussing many of the items you have brought up here. To the gold to coins sales I am unaware of any other projects that do this so were feeling it out for now before we make changes to see where things settle. Thank you!

For in game issues please create an ingame ticket. You can see if deleting your WDB folder could possibly help you as well before you do that. To create an ingame ticket click the red "?" On your mini bar. To clear WDB exit the games navigate to your wow install directory and delete the "WDB" folder and then log back into the server. The WDB cache will redownload from the server if this happens to be a cache issue.

I was able to get in and training seems to be working. It seems to be something with your client stopping it for some reason - are you able to redownload/reinstall and see if that works? Especially if you already deleted your addons.

Game accounts and forum accounts are two separate accounts by design. So all is working as intended! Also please don't post your game account info on the forums, there are shady folks that try and break into accounts. I have edited it out for you.

I tested on 2 different fresh characters and it seems fine - please close the game, navigate to your install directory and delete the WDB folder inside of your wow directory. Then reload the game and it will re-download the cache from the server.

The reload the game and see if that works - it will reload the cache from the WDB on the next load of the game straight from the server. This sounds like a caching issue - let's rule that out first.

I have not heard of this one before - have you tried a different trainer? Maybe even in a different capitol city? Which trainer/city did you try? I would like to have someone look into that NPC to see if they find any issues.

The prices are set in such a way that it benefits the seller and Elysium project. If prices are too low, there is no incentive for people to trade for coins to enable benefits to their Elysium characters. Buying outside of our system is a really great way to get your account closed. The goal is not to beat them in price, but to beat them in convenience and no risk. Why risk all the time and effort into your account(s) from either a scam, a ban or hacking when you have a fast and easy alternative?

Makes sense with the timeline you gave. There's nothing we would be able to do as far as giving any levels or gear back, I apologize.

We have not had any significant server roll backs in quite some time. This was a character that was leveled and geared on the Nighthaven server? Or was this a restored character from either Elysium or Darrowshire servers? Elysium and Darrowshire servers did have a roll back from over a year ago and there is nothing we can do about those. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. We were lucky to get anything back from the databases.

Do you mean markers that show where you kill mobs or gather materials or whatever to complete a quest? Because those didn't exist in Vanilla. Nost characters went to Anathema if you were on PVP. Which has not yet been merged. You can create new characters and play now, and when we merge Anathema any characters you had created there will show up on your account.
