Please don't post your account names in public. There are people that will try and take advantage of it and it can lead to accounts being compromised. I have removed them for you. First try logging into the control panel on the website https://cp.elysium-project.org/ If that works just fine then your account is still there. If you still cannot log into the game I think it's best to start over again with the beginners guide. If you were lucky enough to be able to move them over, and were on the PVP server you were likely on the Anathema Sever. This server has not been merged into our Nighthaven server just yet. Over the weekend was our 1 year anniversary of Nighthaven launch and we patched over to 1.11. This was the same patch Anathema was on and we will be merging those characters over soon, but don't have a specific date just yet. We didn't want to merge early, because Anathema had a bunch of Naxx geared characters and it would disrupt the server pretty bad if we had a bunch of naxx geared out characters running around on a server still on BWL. If all of this doesn't work post back up here and we will get you all sorted out.

Log into your control panel here; https://cp.elysium-project.org/signin If that doesn't work then use the website to reset your password. https://cp.elysium-project.org/forgot Depending how long you have been inactive one of those will get you back in the game. But please try it in that order.

If someone took your name while you were inactive we are unable to return it to you.

1.11 went live immediately after raid lockouts last night. The merge will not happen immediately in my post I said the date 1.11 is going live and that the merge wouldn't happen until at least that date, not that it is going to happen on that date. The legion invasion and Naxx attunement will go first prior to the merge but we have not announced an actual date yet.

Did you try to actually log into the game? The numbers will force a name change. This was what happened when we merged the older Elysium and Darrowshire servers into Nighthaven in August. I think it's more likely you had this name on other servers and the priority list took over to force a name change. When you log in click the change realm button - Nighthaven Extra Chars #1 and Nighthaven Extra Chars #2 will show up. All 3 of these realms log into Nighthaven, this is just how we had to 'fool' the client into having more characters available on a single realm than it normally would.

Our beginners guide located here is a great resource; https://elysium-project.org/howtoplay/en Specifically the fix for most of the disconnected issues is either, you installed to the default directory and or did not set the proper login server in your realmlist.wtf file. Text copy/pasted from the guide The next step is to go into the new wow folder and locate a file called "realmlist.wtf" - it might only show up as "realmlist", that's fine. Right-click on it and select "Open with" and once Windows asks you what program to use, locate Notepad and use that. Remove everything that is in there and copy & paste the following: set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org Save and close Notepad. Finally, right-click on the file "wow.exe" and select "send to desktop". This will create a shortcut on your desktop that launches World of Warcraft. You should not use the launcher as that is useless with private servers. This should get you connected and ready to start your adventures!

I don't think a timeline has been set for TBC yet - we plan to release more information about this and to set a timeline as we get a bit closer. Appreciate the kind words about the server and project! Thank you very much

1st quarter 2019. Our current plan is to resume testing/PTR sometime after we move into patch 1.11 and open up Naxx on Nighthaven. The TBC realm talents will also be based off of 2.4.3 patch talents.

Your characters are likely on a realm that has not been merged yet - that is why you can't see them. If you can remember what realm they were on I can probably give you a better answer.

Are you able to login to the game and the website control panel at all or you are able to log in and just don't have the characters available? I wasn't around back then but I think there were some other transfer options to choose from and we may need some more information on what realm your character was last played on to track where it could be today. I am going to copy/paste below from another thread here to give you a bit more background on things that have happened since the last time you were active. We launched Nighthaven - our current server, about a year ago. We developed this realm to be a fresh realm with a rapid progression through the blizzard patches and to be as close to blizz-like as we could be. Previous realms, like Elysium, Darrowshire and Anathema have been getting 'merged' into this fresh realm after we have progressed the Nighthaven server to the correct patch. As such, we have already merged some of these realms and characters into Nighthaven. The next big one up is the Anathema server, that was progressed into patch 1.11 Shadow of the Necropolis which is commonly reffered to as the "naxx patch". We do not merge older characters into Nighthaven right away typically because we didn't want characters from these servers that potentially had gear that was not obtainable running around on the server. For future forum searchers; this was likely a case of a bad password + a password reset too quickly will temporarily suspend the account for ABOUT an hour. Just be careful with the number of missed logins + password resets in a 1 hour period as it could lock you out.

Please open an in-game ticket utilizing the red "?" on your minibar. It looks like you have already tried the normal "tricks" and the only solution I can think of is a GM to help you out.

My personal opinion really depends on more details. They will have a playable starting zones on Friday and many more details. I think the classic community wants them to essentially stay true to the original game that made us all fans. My fear is with how they approach retail - they will bring the same methodology to classic and mess everything up. Time will tell and we shall see what the future brings. For now I think many people are having a great time here and we will continue to work hard to provide the best experience possible.

The best way to know if the server is up or down is discord. Please use the link in the upper right hand corner of the forums to connect to discord.

Sometimes on private servers there is an inventory issue that if all quest items are not in your original backpack the quest will not complete. I would move all quest items into your original backpack and log out. Then log back in and try to turn it in. Sometimes to "reset it" you have to move all the quest items to your back first. Log out and back in and put the quest items from your bank into your original backpack and then try the quest. It's annoying I know - I apologize for the inconvenience.

When you go to the basement you have to wait for Jarven to path away. Then place the barrel and then leave the basement.

Not much detail to go on here but have you first tried logging into the website control panel? When you take the item out of the bank place it in the upper left hand corner of your original backpack. This slot normally has your hearthstone in it by default. This seems to be a work around for quest items that bug out. This also seems to work for guild charters etc.
