Sometimes our spam filter is a bit.... over eager. Maybe submit a ticket in game and see if a GM is able to look into it for you. You can submit a ticket by clicking the red "?" at the bottom of your screen on the mini-bar.

I believe Anathema was on patch 1.11 which will launch on Nighthaven (our current server) on November 3rd. We will not allow character transfers / merge until at least that date so that we don't end up with characters that have Naxx gear running around previous to Naxx being opened.

Are you sure you are not being attacked by something? Such as a mob with some form of ranged attack?

I see - it could be as simple as you were flagged by our anti-cheat. It looks like your account status was restored. I don't know that's it or anything and I didn't speak with our GM team. While rare, our anti-cheat can produce false positives.

There is currently no way around it. Once you are 15 any future low level characters on your account will be able to communicate. So a light is at the end of the tunnel.

Intended for the reasons DarknessCalls said above - it helps with the gold spam problem which is a huge issue for the private server community. May I suggest you and your friends utilize a free discord server to communicate in the meantime? Or if you do not want to create your own you can use the Elysium Project one if you wish. You can connect to it by clicking the icon in the upper right hand corner here on the forums. Apologies for the inconvenience of not being able to communicate in-game at the moment.

Just want to post here for everyone that we are reading this thread and nobody is being ignored. As others have said, this is not a true "fresh" realm in the sense that everyone starts at level 1. This is a continuation of your characters from Nighthaven. This is no different than the the expansion dropped in retail.

The GM in the forum asked you to go ahead and make a ticket in-game. To do this you click on the red questionmark "?" on your in-game mini-bar. If you are on default frames this is the lower, right of center part of your game screen.

Please contact the maker of any addons you are using directly - we are not support for them.

When was the last time you deleted your WDB folder to clear your cache? You are probably stuck on tooltip values from a previous patch.

Hey no worries, it happens. Click the discord link in the upper right hand corner and message rain directly. He should be able to get you all restored.

You character as it is now is as good as it will get. Some ex-members of our project decided to steal our code and databases in an attempt to create their own project. On the way out they tried to sabotage our project by deleting everything we had. We were able to restore from a backup located elsewhere but the backups were not exactly the latest and greatest on the project. Apologies for any inconvenience.

The new directory is located on the desktop as well? Or a secondary drive? If you install it to the default location it will not work.
