If you are sure your character was on Nighthaven, Elysium or Darrowshire servers then let's escalate your issue to a GM. To do that you will have to post over in the Ban Appeals forum, don't let the name scare you, this is just the only place GM's look on the forums to be able to help you out. I believe this is a quest that was added in one of the patches. I would close the game, then try going to your WoW folder and deleting the "WDB" folder inside it. This is the database - and it will re-download the proper database the next time you launch the game. Then try the quest again. Basically what happens on some item and quest bugs is that the game doesn't over-write your database folder when we launch a new patch server side. It's a side effect of doing all server side patches so that each user doesn't have to download every patch as we move through our progression. Good practice is to just go ahead and delete your WDB folder at every patch to ensure you have the most up to date database locally. Let us know if this doesn't fix your issue.

Charters act weird if you ever put them in any other bad except the backpack you start with. The 'quick fix' seems to be to transfer the charter into your bank. Log completely out of the game. Reopen the game and log in. Retrieve the charter out of your bank and into your main backpack you start the game with and go from there.

It's a bug in the character select screen that shows the offline databases. Those characters will return.

No worries, just submit an in-game ticket and see if they will restore it for you. If not, use the discord link in the top right corner of the forum here and message Rain directly for help.

Login to your control panel at https://elysium-project.org/ click enter control panel under information there is a section called "Two Factor Authorization" click "Enable" and follow the directions.

Can you please reach out via a support ticket in-game and discribe the issue as well as the approximate time this happened. If you don't know the server time please include what time zone you are in so a GM can look into this? In case you have never submitted a ticket before, it's the red "?" sign on your mini-bar in game.

As Booksie said above, there was a hardware fault. For the most up to date server information you can click the discord link in the upper right hand corner of the forums. We always update the latest and greatest to discord first.

I personally have not heard of this but if it were me and I was sure I was not having any computer hardware or software issues I would backup my interface and addons and completely delete and reinstall the game files. It sounds like something somewhere was corrupted. This could be a difficult one to diagnose because it may not even be a game issue at all. Could be drivers or any number of other computer hardware/software issues.

I am fairly certain it will all happen in November but there is no hard date for merging. It will just be some time after 1.11 patch goes live, which is in November.

You are responsible for your account(s). I would start by searching through your email account(s) and see if you can find your user name that way. Just as a note if it helps you out, your user name is not an email address.

Anathema was not merged to Darrowshire. Our current server is Nighthaven. We merged the past server(s) Elysium and Darrowshire into Nighthaven when we reached the appropriate patch. We will also merge Anethema, but we are not in the proper patch yet. Some Anathema characters had Naxx gear and materials and we do not want to merge characters so much more advanced. We are currently in patch 1.9 on Nighthaven, which is AQ. Anathema was patch 1.11 Shadow of the Necropolis which is set to go live on Nighthaven on November 3rd 2018. We should be able to merge Anathema shortly after, though we do not yet have it scheduled to a day yet.

It's all the same it was a work around once we merged the older servers database into Nighthaven.

Normally this may mean too many login attempts with a bad password locking your account. If it's working fine on the website but not the game after an hour of not trying you could have been suspended by either a GM or our anti-cheat. If suspended by a GM or the anti-cheat for whatever reason, the CM staff on the forums doesn't have access to look into this further. You will need a GM to look into it. This is not always successful depending on the situation so be prepared that it's possible the account is gone or otherwise not able to be made playable for various reasons. The best way to do this is to post in the ban appeals forum. Fill out the form will all pertanent information asked for in the post below and in the description ask to recover an old account. It can take up to 72 hours - how long has it been for you? You may get a better answer from a GM on discord by using the discord link in the upper right hand corner of the forums.

Many things have happened around here since you last played. Do you recall which realm you were part of previously? Elysium and Darrowshire servers were merged into our current realm named Nighthaven recently. If you were on Anathema, that realm has not yet been merged. This is because this realm was much further along the patches than other servers. We do not want players with Naxx gear running around when everyone else has recently started AQ.

Also, which solutions have you already tried?
