I think your initial list is good - Enhance is a bit suspect for me. You will have to grind out some specific gear to really make it work and outside of some procs and crits its really not that great for anything but highlights. Warlocks are strong because of the control. Below 60 I don't think the rest of the list is that great. I think Holy Priest is the best healer in vanilla, even pre-60. Downranking spells is strong.

I have a very similar PC to yours and everything runs fine, and like you said I don't think this is a hardware issue you have a very nice PC. I would try a complete re-download and re-install of the client. Lately with many issues here on the forums I am finding corrupted downloads to be the leading cause of issues.

Right click and run as administrator and see if that works. This is either a permissions security error or a corrupted download. If running as admin doesn't get you anywhere try another download source. We have some links up in our discord. You can get on discord using the link in the upper right corner of the forums here.

There isn't anything we can do - everyone lost out on this, including all of us staff members. A previous GM stole the database and tried to sabotage the project by deleting all of the databases and database backups on the way out. We do practice the "not all the eggs in one basket" approach and did have database backups stored in other places. The downside was they were about 4 weeks older than current. We salvaged everything we could.

Currently no way to look until its time to transfer, but it is promising that you had something here before and its showing 9 characters. This is a bug, but shows you have characters here and have played here before.

Nostalrius was shutdown by blizzard. We were able to open very limited transfers from nost here to Elysium before the shutdown. Unfortunately it was only open a couple of days and you had to come login and transfer them. If you didn't the characters were lost to the blizzard shutdown. Those old Nost characters are on the Elysium realm known as Anathema if you were lucky enough to get them transferred. Anathema characters will be able to be transferred to our current server, Nighthaven, once we reach patch 1.11 in November this year. We have no plans to shutdown, even after classic servers are released - if they are ever released.

Previously you said you were unable to join discord to reach the GM team. The only two other ways I am aware of to reach out to them are through an in-game ticket. Submit a ticket by using the in game minibar and clicking the red "?". Make sure in the ticket you say you cannot join discord support otherwise they are likely to just close the ticket and say join discord and that would obviously waste your time. The other way is to use the ban forum. I realize your issue is not a ban, but that is a way to elevate a ticket to the GM team so they see it. These are very good questions, but at this time we will be unable to answer them. As we move through the beta process and closer to final release of TBC we will have all of these types of answers for you.

Lightbringer and Northdale are servers from another Vanilla project. We are completely separate projects - and thus there will not be transfers possible from their project to ours.

You are going to need one of the GM's on discord to look into it.

The way your post is worded it sounds like you are trying to log in with an email address. You should have an account name, and log in with that and not the email address.

How long has it been? It can take as much as 72 hours to show up in your account depending on payment type and currency exchange.

I apologize for the lost items - if the GM team is unable to restore then there isn't anything that can be done.

Please describe your issue in a GM ticket in game and link screen shots to help. You can open a GM ticket by clicking the red "?" on your mini-bar in game.

It's possible you had too many bad login attempts before resetting. If so, try again in an hour. I would also try logging into the website control panel first before the game to make sure its just the username/password issue and not a game client issue of some kind.

No final decision has been made on this issue. Like I said in another similar thread, typically we error on the side of blizzlike but not always.

Basically some ex staff members stole the database. On the way out they attempted to sabotage and also delete the database and all of the backups from here. They then used our database to start their own project, known as Light's Hope.
