Are you just trying to log into the game only, then tried to send the emails? Or did you try logging into the website first? Can you describe in a little more detail what you have tried? Did you just try this today? I ask because sometimes the older accounts work on the website, and you use the control panel to change the password rather than a password recovery. We also just merged Elysium PVP and Darrowshire PVE into our current Nighthaven PVP server. So it's also possible something strange could have happened there. If you try logging into the website control panel and it works, just change the password. Otherwise maybe post in the ban forum. This is not because of a ban, but to put a ticket into the GM team who has access to look at your account. First time ever or first time today? If first time ever, most likely this is an issue with setting your realmlist.wtf file. We did drop the server out some hours ago to test merge and migration of the older servers Elysium and Darrowshire.

For 1-off examples like this with long quest chains I would put in an in-game ticket for these. I can't guarantee any action will be taken but it will elevate the issue to those whom have the power to make a decision on it.

That should work - sometimes the GM's have to reset you from thier side. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Change your password on the website and then try again and see if that works. It's also possible you timed yourself out on accident with too many password requests, that is also a common cause.

Have you played here before and been able to create characters? This looks like a corrupted download and install to me.

Those older characters will be able to be restored here later this week.

With the amount of possibilities and variables, it's probably best to just simply re-install. We would both be sitting here spinning our wheels trying to figure out exactly what happen. The root problem seems to be you no longer have the game executable which was either moved or deleted somehow.

It sounds like something went wrong with your shortcut. Navigate back into your vanilla WoW install folder and try to execute the game directly from there. If that works, delete the shortcut previously created on your desktop and create a new shortcut and drag the new shortcut to your desktop.

This sounds odd to me - can you try uninstalling, re-downloading, re-installing (make sure you follow the guide again) and see what happens? I feel like this is something that was corrupted in the download.

We are unable to transfer characters from other unrelated projects.

It might be possible - going to need a GM for that. For them to see / respond to you, you can go into Discord or alternatively you can post in the ban forum (I realize this isn't a ban, this is just to signal boost it to a GM that may be able to help you.) https://forum.elysium-project.org/forum/617-read-first-before-appealing/ Give as much information as you possibly can about which realm you played on so they know which database to look at, account name, character names and levels etc. anything you can think of that could help them locate your stuff. Not a guarantee but the best we will be able to do.

Are you absolutely positive you have the account name and password correct? Accounts were not erased when Elysium/Darrowshire were shut down.

Are they safe spotting from a roof or anything? Can you post a screen? Also you can report these activities in game with the red "?" on your mini-bar. Then the GM's can look into it, when you report include any screenshot links you may have as well.

Correct, Darrowshire was the PVE server and you will see those characters appear if you are using the same account on Nighthaven. No characters will be over-written, but name changes will be forced for those who continued on with the same character names.
