Nothing specific to our project - at this point if I were you I would simply start all over. I would save your interface or whatever you think you need and uninstall. Re-download and re-install and see if that fixes it.

Behavior. One of the issues with a free service with open registration like we have here is that you cannot ban them fast enough. They just create another account and do it again. We have other methods of dealing with them that despite what some may think are making a difference.

I can't think of any technical reason why being a night elf model vs. a troll model for example should matter. Maybe a simple re-install of the game files at this point? Or even a complete re-download and re-install in case something was corrupted in a strange way?

Seems like you have tried a few things, maybe a driver issue of some kind? Have you updated any drivers around the time? If so, are you able to roll back the drivers to see if that helps the issue?

It's just not possible to restore characters from other realms like that. Everyone here has started over at level 1 in November 2017.

Nost was shut down in April 2016 - unfortunately it's not possible to go back and restore those characters. There was a very short window of opportunity to get them transferred before the shutdown. Sorry - many people lost characters. F

You can inquire on the Elysium discord in the shop support section, you can also submit a ticket in game by clicking the red "?" on your mini bar for help with this. Sometimes depending on how you paid it doesn't credit our account right away, especially with currency conversions so it just takes a bit longer but someone with more access than I have will be able to check for you.

Yes its possible to join a guild at level 10. You can even create your own guild. Nighthaven will stay a vanilla sever even after TBC launches. You can choose to stay vanilla and raid if you wish even when TBC is released.

This. Peak server at the time after Nighthaven launch was something like 300 users. Literally unplayable.

It's likely you didn't change your realmlist.wtf to point to the elysium project server and you are trying to login through blizzard servers. Please make sure you read carefully; https://elysium-project.org/howtoplay/en

I wouldn't do it.

The servers we are speaking about were moved offline in October 2017.

Elysium, or any other game server, does not control the routing your ISP chooses. The VPN routes your traffic through their choice of servers, instead of what your ISP chooses. I really doubt calling your ISP would do much as I don't think they would even understand your question but you could try if you wanted.
