Can you try another email account service like gmail? We don't control the spam filters for each email service so we are unable to verify what gets caught and what doesn't.

Unable to log in entirely or unable to see past characters? What have you tried so far?

I poked around and I was unable to find anything. This was before my time, I am unsure what all happened with the forums back then. My guess is those sections were probably trimmed when the forums were reworked. Is there something specific you are after and I can ask someone who was here back then? How important is this?

If you have characters on that account you don't have to make a character on Nighthaven. You don't see ingame characters associated with that account because the database that contains your characters is currently offline. They will be accessible online at the TBC launch (or maybe a bit before so people can move over, but those details are still being worked out.)

I can't speak to how things were done prior, but in the last 6 months the forum accounts and game accounts are different. You could create an account with the same or similar login information. If you are unable to login with what you are calling a "new account" its likely you are not typing in the account details correctly, or answering the captcha correctly. In TBC when you transfer to the new server, you will have the ability to select characters from older realms as long as you have the proper login information.

Your version 12.1.1 client is already updated, all the updates and patches are implemented from the server side.

Multiboxing Multiboxing is not allowed and refers to playing multiple characters simultaneously. Whether this is done via 3rd party software, alt-tabbing between instances, or by running multiple machines, does not matter. The only exception is that you may have up to two characters in the same major or goblin city temporarily, for trading, crafting, conjuring, portalling or using the Neutral Auction House to transfer items/gold to an alt.

You tried to log in too many times, that is how you got suspended. The emails were tested and seem to be going out so I am confused. The only other thing I can think of is if your mail service is filtering the email before it even gets to you for some reason. For example, my office filters anything to do with violence, guns, explosives etc. before it even gets to my mailbox. Try another email account from another service maybe?

Did you create both a forum account and a game account? They are different. Did you try logging into the game?

What is your faction or race? Are you horde and undead to be able to ride undead mounts?

Sorry I don't fully understand your comments above, specifically the "Code Mail" so apologies if you already tried these common caused of not being able to log in; If you try an incorrect password too many times, the system will lock you out for about ~45 minutes. Even if you reset the password, you are still locked out. It's possible you were trying to log on during this lockout time. Also try to hand type the new password if you can, in some computer and software configurations there is automatically a space added to the end of a copy/paste and this additional space will fail the login attempt. Also ensure you are using the correct account name. The account name is not an email address, if you played here previously and still have access to the game install you can find your account name in your wow folder -> WTF -> Account

Your characters here if on a previous server were merged into a new server named Stratholme. When the Elysium Project launched its fresh realm, Nighthaven, the community from Stratholme switched to the new server. Stratholme became unplayable due to the community switching to the new server and we moved the database offline. Nighthaven is our current server and does not support character restores or transfers from other servers. Your characters from Stratholme are saved but not playable. They will become playable and transferable after Nighthaven has completed the patch progression sometime early 2019. Consider rolling fresh with the rest of us here on Nighthaven!

Put the signed charter in the upper left corner of your original backpack then try turning it in. If this doesn't work, put the charter into your bank and then retrieve the charter putting it into your original backpack and then turning in the charter.

The development team are working on the AV issues spoken about in this thread. I do not have a timeline for implementation, but we are working on it.

Your login is a user name and not an email. If you remember what you would have used as the login and since you already have the password you can log into the website and it will show part of the email. Probably enough to remember which email you used.
