If you are unable to fly the two most obvious issues would be not having enough Gold/Silver to pay for the ride, or not having another flight point connected to the flight point you are trying to use. You must discover and click the green "!" above the flightmasters head at new flight points to connect them.

@Bandera, @famouzz We do not delete accounts - it is possible you have an incorrect WoW client setup. Check your realmlist.wtf file as it should only have 1 line; set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org Also make sure that when you copy/paste the reamlist that you don't have any additional spaces at the beginning or end on accident. Do you remember which server you were on? Elysium, Anathema, Darrowshire servers were all merged into a single server, Stratholme at the end of last year. We also launched a new, fresh, fast patch progression server named Nighthaven as well. The Stratholme server became low population due to the popularity of Nighthaven and we moved the Stratholme server and database offline. So if you were on that server, you will have to re-roll on Nighthaven.

1) You do not log into the website, you log into the game or the forums. Game accounts and forum accounts are different, so make sure you create both. 2) The server is exactly as you describe, its a fan recreation of a vanilla WoW server. We aim to be as close to the original blizzard servers as possible. We understand leveling to 60 is a long process, exactly as it was in the original release of retail World of Warcraft. We think we do a better job of mirroring this than any other server project. 3) There was some former GM's who have accused those whom run this project of various things. The major changes that happened were in the leadership and GM roles of the project. The former people created another server project with an elysium database. They seem to be doing okay and seem happy, we are happy and have moved on as well. It's hard to articulate all of it, but the bottom line is there was a split in the past. Since forum and game accounts are different, it's likely someone had the same game account name but didn't also create a forum account. Trying to log in to the game probably set off the timer for too many invalid login attempts. Choose another account name.

If a remote desktop session works fine, is that on a different network than your main location? I assume your main location is your house. If so it sounds like there is a problematic router somewhere between your house and the server that the remote desktop location isn't routed through.

As said above, your realmlist file should only contain a single line. Delete the patchlist line. Also ensure no extra spaces were created when you copy and pasted the reamlist.

We cannot assist you, but if you played on the same computer, or have access to the same computer you can check your WoW folder to find what accounts you have logged in under as well as all of the old character names.

You cannot transfer between accounts. To my knowledge there is not a plan to add this functionality, sorry!

The older servers were merged into a new Realm named Stratholme and moved offline due to the player base all switching to the new fresh realm, Nighthaven. Nighthaven is currently the only server in the ELysium project. Please come join us on the new server!

Do a search first (search box at top has is:issue is:open, append your search text to that). 3. If a similar issue exists, add any additional details you have. 4. Darrowshire was merged into another server named Stratholme. We also launched a brand new realm named Nighthaven. The users of Stratholme switched to Nighthaven and Stratholme became unplayable with around 300 users at peak times. So to play here you will have to re-roll on Nighthaven. Nighthaven being a fresh realm does not support any transfers or restores from other realms.

This is something for the GM staff. Please use the red "?" on your mini-bar and submit a ticket for assistance with as much background about the event as you can including links to any screen shots you may have taken and as close to the times as you can remember the events happening.

Roughly a year, maybe a little less than a year. You can find all the patch launch dates on the main webpage, but your guess is as good as mine to how long before the actual launch. The easy answer is "when it's ready" but that isn't exactly helpful either. I would count on a year.

The Stratholme population dropped to around 300 users online at peak times after we had launched Nighthaven and it was unplayable so the server was moved offline but all characters are saved. They are just unplayable at the moment due to Nighthaven being a fresh realm where everyone has re-rolled.

Older characters from past realms that were merged into the Stratholme realm will be available to transfer to our Burning Crusade realm sometime after the patch progress completion of our current server, Nighthaven.

Account compromise isn't always the case. Sometimes our anti-cheat gets a bit...rowdy and carried away. Us forum support folks don't have the kind of access needed to check into it for you. So this is our method of getting it up the food chain to those that can look into it.

Is it possible you used a different address? We don't delete or move/remove accounts so if the system isn't finding you, then that address isn't the one linked to your account.

If you are sure it was Nighthaven and you didn't delete it, this most likely means your account was compromised. To get characters back you need high level GM support which can be found on the Elysium Discord server. This is not a guarantee that we can restore the characters but they can do their best. Look for "Rain" and see if he can possibly look into it for you. He may need a link to this thread as well as some additional questions he may want to ask you.

Unsure - I was able to login normally. Is everyone still having an issue? At the time you are having the issue and need immediate support to get in-game you may want to try the discord. They would be more up to date over there if there is a technical difficulty.

What Jsprn said above. The Icon should then have a boarder "swirling" around the outside of the icon to indicate auto-cast is on.
