In that case, its more likely your characters were on Stratholme, the offline realm. Which is why they do not show up and you are unable to continue playing them.

The current main server, Nighthaven, does not support any character restores or transfers of any kind from previous servers. You will have to re-roll, the same as everyone else.

Nighthaven is the current server. Have you tried using the password recovery tool? Is there any reason your account could have been banned? Botting/Gold Buying etc.

We only offer a PVP server at this time. We don't currently plan on having a PVE server at this time, but that could change should there be a significant portion of the community that requests it.

Your characters are on the "Stratholme" realm and that realm is currently unreachable and offline.

Any characters on previous Elysium project realms such as Anathema, Darrowshire, or Elysium were all merged into a single realm named Stratholme. The users of Stratholme were very vocal about wanting a fresh server so we released a fresh, rapid patch progression realm named Nighthaven in November 2017. Nighthaven was so successful that nearly the entire user base switched to it immediatly. This left Stratholme with a peak user base of about ~300 players online. Because of the low users, this made the server unplayable and the database was saved and moved offline. Your characters should all be safe on this realm, but it is not currently playable. To play on the current Elysium project server, Nighthaven you must re-roll. This server does not support any character transfers or restores. The Nighthaven server timeline will "complete" in just under a year. Around this time the Elysium project will release a new Burning Crusade realm. Players from both Nighthaven as well as Stratholme will be allowed to transfer their characters to this new realm to continue their adventure. Until then, come join us on Nighthaven!

The developers only put it up when they wish to specifically test something. There isn't a consistent schedule.

Flocrise, Please use the red "?" on your mini-bar in game and submit a GM ticket. Upload the screenshot and include the link in your report with approximate server time.

Rhyno, The elysium project has undergone many changes since you last played. The end result is right now our only project server is Nighthaven. Nighthaven is a fresh realm with a fast patch progression. Fresh means everyone has re-rolled a new character and we do not support any previous character restores or transfers at this time. Older characters from other realms were all merged into one realm named Stratholme. When the new Nighthaven server was launched Stratholme became unplayable with only about 300 users online at peak times. This made the server unplayable and the database was saved and the realm moved offline. This server is where all of the old characters reside and will stay there until sometime early next year when the Nighthaven Patch progression through Vanilla is complete. At this time, our plan is to keep Nighthaven Vanilla but also launch a Burning Crusade server. The Burning Crusade server will allow people to transfer characters from both Stratholme and Nighthaven to resume your character progression. Come create an account and join us on Nighthaven in the meantime!

Netherspite, If you could please submit the issue on our bug tracker; 1. Go to https://github.com/elysium-project/bug-tracker/issues 2. Do a search first (search box at top has is:issue is:open, append your search text to that). 3. If a similar issue exists, add any additional details you have. 4. If no similar issue exists, please open a new one. Note: Fixed issues may not be in production yet. (You will need to create a GitHub account in order to submit an issue.)

Other things I can think of; Double check there are no additional spaces or returns in the realmslist Double check that you created a game account in addition to the forum account. Game and forum accounts are different by design, so ensure you have created and are logging in with the correct account. If you had an account with a previous elysium project server such as Anathema, Darrowshire or Elysium try creating a fresh account here for the Nighthaven server. NOTE: Bugs are not handled by the GM team.

It's still being discussed, but it will be more than likely a set patch progression so the users can plan for each patch. Similar to how Nighthaven is setup, but maybe not quite as fast.

I have never personally used Tunnelbear, have you tried other server points? Have you tried the server launcher and diagnostics tool?

I have never heard that before. Nor do I have any idea how they would possibly ban individual people even if they wanted to.

The PTR does not always stay up.

It is possible that cosmetic changes could be part of a cash shop. We do not currently have an ETA available for what that could mean, or a timeline for it to be implemented if we do move forward with a cash shop.

Generally speaking, we try to keep everything as blizzard like as possible. Changes, if any, will be announced when we get a bit closer.

The server is located in Europe - so latency from the united states is going to be higher than what you are used to. You could try a different VPN client, that may give you better routing.

Both of you have set the realmslist.wtf file correctly? IT should only have 1 line that says; set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org Also make sure your wow client is installed to a backup hard drive or some place like a folder on your desktop and not in C:\Program Files\ That will cause your client to try and log into the official wow servers, which you obviously don't want. If you have done all of this please give as much information as possible so we can try and help diagnose your issues.

Epsylon88, Reset your password and wait at least 40 minutes before trying again. Be very sure you are typing the password correctly. Be wary that sometimes people copy/paste their passwords from other forms, emails, documents etc. Sometimes this adds an extra space before or after your password and you will ban yourself on accident due to too many login attempts.
