If you played on a previous realm such as Elysium, Darrowshire or Anathema those realms were merged into a single realm named Stratholme. The user base of Stratholme voted and wanted a new, fresh server. The elysium project launched this fresh server, named Nighthaven PVP on November 5th, 2017. Nighthaven being a fresh realm, everyone re-rolled and it is not available for character restores or transfers from other realms. The players switched to this new fresh server and the population of Stratholme was only around 300 users at peak times. Because of the low player count, the elysium project moved Stratholme offline as it was not sustainable with such a low population. All your previous characters are still safe and stored there but will be unplayable until Nighthaven has completed its fast patch progression. You will have to reroll to the Nighthaven server to continue to play on the Elysium project.

We have not released details yet, but there will not be anything Pay2Win.

Most likely cause with what you have stated here would be incorrect realmlist.wtf file. It should only have 1 line in it that reads set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end.

This is correct, the queue is open so they could get other pre-mades or they could get pugs. We are monitoring this and may move all pre-mades to their own queue so they only get other pre-made teams. I appreciate the feedback and I will pass it along to the team as we continue to do our best to tweak the system to work as best we can.

Earlier today we enabled pre-mades to function and queue together. We are closely monitoring this to see how it affects the community.

I have checked in with the GM team and unfortunately we are unable to restore your characters. It is important to keep your account secure and protect access to it at all times.

I don't know the history here or whom you may of talked to. It sounds like your account still works, just the characters were deleted. Suggest maybe making a new character for the time being and re-submitting a ticket? GM's don't really come on the forums so the way to get their attention would be through tickets in game.

There are many reasons why we don't allow people to change it themselves, but I am not going to repeat all of them for you here. Your best bet is to ask very nicely in the support channel of discord. The initial reaction of the team may be to simply tell you that it's your responsibility to look after your emails and account information, which is correct and our stance on issues like this. Account details and email addresses are your own responsibility, we do not have any official way of changing your emails associated with your account. With that said, in very rare cases where people have lost the ability to use email related to game accounts some have been able to get it changed. You should not expect help with this, but if you have a compelling reason to have the email changed I have heard of it happening before.

Reset the password and don't try logging in for at least 40 minutes. If you do it too quickly and make a mistake it just resets the timer.

Do your characters meet the level requirements? To combat gold spam we require characters to be at least level 10.

Yes, Nax is patch 1.11 Shadow of the Necropolis to be released November 3rd, 2018. We are currently on patch 1.5 Battlegrounds with our next patch being 1.6 Assault on Blackwing Lair.

I certainly think it would be more fun to play but probably not quite as good as a rogue. Hard to say, not a super common spec or combo.

You can probably make double DPS work as long as your a hybrid of some kind that can throw an off heal or two. For blowing up people Rogue / BM might work well. Cheapshot -> Kidney Shot -> Intimidation probably 100-0 someone really fast. Even with a trinket in there somewhere you probably still kill them before they can put any damage on either of you. BM/Druid could be really fun kiting people.

Your characters are stored on Stratholme which is an offline realm. The current elysium project server is Nighthaven which is a fast patch progression fresh realm that does not support any character restores or transfers. Everyone has re-rolled. Stratholme was moved offline because the player population dropped to around 300 at peak times and was no longer playable. The playerbase had switched over to Nighthaven. The characters are not lost, just offline. As Nepgear said above, will be available for transfer to our new Burning Crusade realm at the conclusion of our fast patch progression here on Nighthaven.

Just want to add the characters that are stored in the Stratholme server database will be available to transfer to our Burning Crusade expansion server once that becomes available at the conclusion of our fast patch progression Vanilla Nighthaven server.
