All previous Elysium project servers were merged into a single server named Stratholme. The user base of Stratholme wished to have a completely fresh realm. The Elysium project released a fast patch progression fresh realm named Nighthaven PVP on 11/5/2017, that is currently on patch 1.4 but moving to patch 1.5 this weekend. (1.5 is the battlegrounds patch with AV and WSG.) The users overwhelmingly chose Nighthaven over Stratholme to the point that at peak times there were only around 300 active players online. This was unplayable due to low user count and the server was moved offline. So all of your characters are safely stored on Stratholme, but the server is offline. When Elysium releases our Burning Crusade expansion server you will be able to transfer yout characters from Stratholme and play the burning crusade. Nighthaven is a fresh server that doesn't allow transfers or character restores.

Please reset again, and wait 40 minutes before attempting to log in. Trying to log in sooner could possibly reset the bad password timer. I believe you also have to do a confirmation step, which some people forget about. So reset, confirm and wait 40 minutes. Then log in. If you are going to copy and paste, make sure you don't end up with an additional space after your password, which is also a common issue.

Nobody is ignoring you or dismissing your concerns. They are completely valid. With trying our best to be as close to the original game it is a bit of a double edged sword. It comes with all of the good and the bad. The good news is, on Saturday we will rolling out 1.5 giving access to the battlegrounds which should really help the WPVP.

It may be faster to repeat the quest but you can submit a GM ticket by clicking on the red ? on your mini-bar.

It's difficult to dissect what your issues are if you say you have " follow every instruction on how to download/install the game." The most likely causes of not being able to play are; Incorrect realmlist.wtf file entry. Make sure it only has 1 line saying "set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org" you have to also make sure that when you copy/pasted this that you don't have any additional spaces before or after. Second you may be trying to log in with your email address instead of account name. Be sure that you are only using your account name. Lastly, make sure your game directory is not in Program Files or any other Windows controlled directory. The game should be on your desktop, or in your home directory, or another drive. Double check that the permissions for the game directory allow your user account to read and write to the contents.

I am not exactly sure what you are asking but I will try and help. If you are trying to log into the game with your forum account, they are separate by design. Game accounts only work in the WoW client and forum accounts only work on the forum. Make sure you are not using an email to login to the game client or the forums but your actual account name.

This error only occurs when you have tried to login with bad information so many times the system stops you with a time out. Give it some time and try again, make sure you are putting in the account name and not your email address into the WoW client.

The patch right before The Burning Crusade release re-works affliction and its more fun and high DPS. Until then, the cookie cutter spec for raiding is DS/Ruin and you pretty much have 1 button to press the entire time. (07/21/23 like this https://classicdb.ch/?talent#IV0bZfxmzMhoZvx0tM0z ) I mean you don't HAVE to play it like that but everything else seems like a DPS loss.

Try this - Move the totems to your backpack and try again. If still not working move them into your bank and then back into your backpack. Make sure the totems stay in the original backpack and not any additional bags you have picked up. Let me know if this works for you!

Nothing deleted, all your characters are stored safely on Stratholme which is a realm currently offline due to a low player count. Nighthaven is a fresh server and does not allow and restores or transfers. You can play your older characters when The Burning Crusade server is released.

I don't recall any epic 2H swords previous to The Burning Crusade Expansion where you get Lionheart Blade from Master Swordsmithing. I could be wrong but I don't remember any epic 2H swords you can craft.

One major situational boss fight is in Naxx on 4 Horseman. You need 8 prot warriors because of the debuffs. Back in retail we were lucky on our first kill because we had enough to do it. Some guilds were stuck on the fight due to lack of warriors. So even having fury warriors in guild and then gearing them/having them respec to prot for the fight is worth it. May have some trouble here due to the fast progression having enough geared players for that fight. In the Viscidus example in AQ40 (optional oozling boss) the frost wand from AV also works for any caster capable of equipping wands.
