Forum accounts and game accounts are separate. There is currently not a way to restore or play your Darrowshire account or characters on Nighthaven. It is a fresh server where everyone has re-rolled. You will have to create a new account and roll a new character. There seems to be a plan for the future of the Nighthaven server to make accounts from older realms playable when the server progresses to The Burning Crusade expansion.

Double check your realmslist.wtf file, the first time I copy/pasted to set mine I had an extra character that wouldn't allow me to log in and had the same issue.

All of the Elysium and Anathema server characters were merged into one realm called Stratholme. When the Nighthaven server launched, most of the active players from Stratholme chose to move over to the fresh server and re-roll. The population dropped to the point the game was a ghost town so the decision was made to take the Stratholm server offline in November. Your characters are still there but will not be available until TBC launches on Nighthaven. There are no transfers or character restore features available for the Nighthaven server as everyone has re-rolled new characters. The realm screen showing 2 characters is a bug.

It is exactly Blizz-like. It changed exactly the same way it did here, but back then, people didn't know about the change in advance. Many years later players have figured out these types of things. There are at least 3 other topics on the forums about this.

That's because if you are truely being camped the the level people are complaining about any XP at all is a gain to what you are currently doing. Either you want to reach 60 or you don't, its not up to others how to tell you how to spend your time. Some people want to quest all the way, some stop for a bit and instance. Some run around lower level zones and just PVP the entire time for no XP but because they enjoy it. It's all relative. Just trying to suggest alternatives to corpse runs and dead timers.

You may have taken long enough to level that by the time you got to searing gorge it was there, but it was certainly not available at launch.

Ally will be in horde zones and the horde will be in ally zones because of the PVP patch. It feels pretty balanced right now to be honest.

At the very start it should give you an option for the Alliance guide or the Horde Guide (Joana's). If not you should be able to select it with the menu arrow at the bottom of the addon to change it over to the Horde version.

The server account username and password is not the same as the forum username and password. If you had an older account with Elysium previous to November 2017 it is possible the realm you played on before has been moved offline and is no longer playable. It's likely your account information was for one of the previous Elysium servers that have now been moved offline. Nighthaven PVP is the new fresh realm where everyone has re-rolled a new account. If you created a new account it is possible your realmslist is still pointed at an old server. Try editing your Realmslist.wtf file to read "set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org" without the quotes to ensure you are logging into the correct server.

The credentials to the forum are different than the credentials in game.

It's likely the accounts and characters are on a previous server which is now offline due to an inactive player base. The server Nighthaven is a fresh server that went online on November 5th 2017 and everyone has re-rolled a new character and this new server has some of the highest population of the private server realms. You are probably not banned, but your old characters and accounts are on servers that are no longer active. Nighthaven PVP is the fresh server where everyone has rerolled and started over on recently. Come join us on the new server!

It's more likely your previous accounts were related to older server that are no longer active. Elysium released the Nighthaven PVP server on November 5th 2017 and it is a fresh server where everyone has started over.
