As you out level mobs they give less and less XP until they are worth 0 xp. Also, if you are in a group you will split the XP among the group members.

Have you completed the western parts of hellfire peninsula? I believe its linked to that. Including the group quests with the giants.

Extract the 7 zip archive to a new folder. Do not over write the vanilla installation.

Make sure your logging into the website control panel and the game with a user name and not an email address. If you tried to reset your password and are looking for the email be sure to check spam or junk email as well. If neither if those things, if you could describe the problem in more detail I may be able to give other advice.

Right at login? If your unable to get to character selection it's your realmlist.wtf not being set correctly. If you mean once playing we are still experiencing crash bugs were fixing.

I have not been successful in getting a reply to the name change. We have also not been able to solve all the mail issues.

Server crashes sometimes take the GM ticket queue with it. It is not intentional to cancel your ticket. Apologies.

The tickets disappearing is due to server crashes, its not on purpose and nobody is closing them. Unfortunately were still working on mail issues.

There are bugs being ironed out every day, it has taken us a bit longer than expected to fix the crashes. It will get better over time. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Right now it's pretty balanced. I expect it to be a slight bit horde heavy after transfers are allowed.

BG's and Arena have been open since launch day. It's just a lack of people in queue to have it pop. The timeline is basically whenever the server is more stable to release season 1 and gear. We don't want it to launch officially and have people crash often.

We talked about it today in staff I think it will become available very soon.

We put a fix in on Thursday for the quest. Glad you were able to get it done!

I have not personally experienced the mail bug - but there seems to be several and we have fixed a few and it seems like another is lingering. Some people seem to have some luck not checking the mail right away when it's sent and waiting about an hour. I can't speak to if that works or not because my characters don't seem to be effected. Were your characters both Nighthaven or were they Nethergarde? Or one from each?

That's not a bad idea - I wonder how that would effect things. Send me your account and char name in a PM and I will see what I can do.
