Is it going to be progressive?

As the title says it all,I'd like to know if this new realm's going to be progressive as Nostalrius i.e MC dropping only tiers except Rag,Stats/Items changed/removed and so on?

Yes, Elysium is going to be a progressive realm, and content will be released smoothly. Instead of simply tweaking out or restricting unavailable content, we will simply close it until a set relase date. This means that things like the Gates of Ahn'Qiraj, Naxxramas, and so forth will remain closed until the Realm's users have settled here. I hope this clears up your concern.

The things you have mentioned will most likely be available. The content we plan to restrict consists mostly of endgame raids, such as the temple of Ahn'Qiraj, and Naxxramas, which won't be released until they are fully operational and a degree of cooperation and understanding has been achieved within the community. With that being said, I will go ahead and update the FAQ in response to your question.

Well, since there is no real pre-Quest for BWL which needs a kill in the previous raid I would prefer starting with atlest Patch 1.5 but nevertheless I will give this server a try and can't wait until August 17th

People aren't going to be too excited to see things such as zg/bwl on release: fwiw I would recommend y'all delay those until people get a reasonable foothold.

To expand on that thought: with 4 raids out and bg rep gear out, you are gonna limit the importance of the earlier dungeon content. Starting with BWL/ZG closed for a short time would be better.
