It's currently blocked on the PTR. I get why (enforcing English as the realm language), but at the same time I feel like it's unnecessary, especially given the international focus.

Second, alt code characters will most likely not be available, considering our realm will be English-only, and using alt-code characters in character or guild names would do nothing but cause confusion and give the impression that we are, in fact, not an international realm.
