[BUG] Searing Ghoul Fire Shield spamming 71 dmg multiple times per second

Hi.

 

The NPC Searing Ghoul has an ability called Fire Shield - This ability is supposed to hit you each time you make a hit on the mob.

 

This ability of the searing ghouls however spams the damage multiple times per second, as can be seen in my combat log here:

 

 

 

Due to this you die within seconds while fighting them.
