Low level brackets are dead.. well sometimes level 10 to 19 appears but else it is only 51+ AV that pops or 60 for the rest. 

Blow life into lowlevel brackets by letting us queue up from the world. 
It will work. 
oh and if people try to dodge.. give them 15 min of desserter!

yes i am very real.  I was an active player on nost and even there the low level brackets were dead.

I can assure you, I was able to make BG on Nost at every level, perhaps 50-59 has less players joining them, because they were aiming for 60 asap.

 

I raised my rank in each bracket every time I was level x8-x9.

Same here. I've had WSG&AB revered at my 29 rogue and it wasn't a twink.

PvPed at all brackets except 59 on my priest as well. 19 & 29 were popping one after another at prime time.

39 & 49 were a tad trickier of course, but nothing impossible.

I don't know what the topic starter is talking about. Maybe he's been playing some another Nost.

Perhaps he played on PvE server, it has less player joining BG, which should be "normal" since lower and PvE-wise population.
