A guild of experienced adult / mature players. Looking for eastern North America people ideally. However if you're on when we are and you speak English fluently no problem! Mature doesn't mean we don’t laugh goof around and have a good time. Team black out is looking for new members!! We are farming MC, BWL and Ony every week increasing our speed and execution! Now pushing Naxx we are 6/15 there. CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR ALL CLASSES. We need dedicated quality players. To be considered for these spots we ideally would like you to be mc, zg or greater geared but exceptional players who are able to make all raids and are pre raid bis will be considered. It is very important that you can make most raids! ) Our main raid times are Tues and Thurs starting at 8pm Est till midnight. We have optional 20 man content on other nights of the week as announced. We are looking for all classes and roles, we have raid spots to fill and accept all social members who are in compliance with the ideals and goals of our guild. And we have unlimited spots for pvper's ! Please be level 60 with your attunements completed or nearly finished, and bis or close to it will also be considered! We want people who can be consistent and looking to put in reasonable time and effort to achieve success. See you for the next Stress Test! I don't have the list in front of me right now, so I don't know our position with Resto Shaman, but I'd have to think there's going to be opportunities either way. We distribute our loot using a loot council, consisting of the officers and class leads. We spread it out as fairly as we can (no hoarders here!). We're here for the fun of raiding, and loot is a means to an end. Of course, loot is part of the fun, but more often than not you'll see people passing to others because even if you don't get it yourself, you know it's going to someone who deserves it. A lot of the time, the individual classes already have these things worked out. The casters already know who's getting the next big staff, the melee already know who that nice trinket is going to. The new druid is going to be 8/8 t2 by the end of the night because that's apparently all that drops for us... 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Decided to roll horde and Delven gave me 5g and a ginvite so I am eternally his slave.
