I am downloading the client and will find out in about an hour if it works or not, but the idea of playing Vanilla again has me incredibly giggidy and overwhelmed with dopamines! I read this when I went to download the client on the Elysium website "Registrations are closed until the project is released.Follow us on Twitter and join our Discord for more informations!" I've read all over youtube and the internet from up to 3 months back mostly that the server if playable, but some say that it's not released yet and likely won't be released until 2017. I've also watched some Elysium YT videos where they're playing on the server and that 700-1800 players are online. So the big question: Is Elysium live? Is the fresh server live? I am flooded with excitement (as much excitement as when I downloaded TBC with Dial-Up and watched the download way more often than I should). Thanks. I look forward to seeing you all in-game! Wirago 8 Report post Posted November 28, 2016 No, the fresh server is not live yet. Yesterday there was a stress test with about 8000 players online, so it looks like to be quite a big start. Release will be announced this sunday after the 3rd and final stress test. so, you will have to be a bit patient. I've always played damage hybrids and always felt left out since the class tiers never suited my spec, making PVE almost pointless to do in comparison to grinding for PvP gear. For once I want to play a class that deals damage and can easily collect good gear. Finding gear end-game for a Ret Pally, Enh Shaman, or Feral Druid is infinitely difficult and typically subpar. I quit soon after and didn't knew it got closed and only accidentally found out about the return of Nostalrius. I quit soon after and didn't knew it got closed and only accidentally found out about the return of Nostalrius. So if you were here a month ago, you could've caught the old server. I bet that's it - one of the Youtube videos I saw was a player on a level 34 hunter so it couldn't have been a stresstest.
