Chaos 0 Report post Posted November 30, 2016 Hello everyone, nice to meet you. I'm long-time WoW player that played from retail to the start of Warlords of Draenor. I saw that Nostalrius was relaunching here and decided to get back in on the fun of the good old days. I remember the days of farming for Demonic Runes in Felwood just so I could eke out that last bit of needed mana for healing in BWL, and the chore of having to supply my guild with Onyxia Scale Cloaks. Lately in these past few weeks, I've strangely been wanting to experience that all over again. When the servers are up, I haven't decided on which faction to play, but in retail I played druid on both sides & shaman for horde, so I hope I can find some people that'll have me once all is said and done. I stopped playing in Warlords of Draenor, and, wanting to play Classic again, I joined Nostalrius, and now, Elysium. The people on the official forums have stated that we do not actually want to play Classic again, that we are just looking at it through "rose-tinted glasses", or that we are only wanting to play it again for the nostalgia, but that is not true. Classic has many qualities that make it a superior game, and they refuse to see that. Do not let their words dishearten you. You will find that Classic is far more than they say it is.
