Change the email address assosciated with the Nost account

Recommended Posts

Now would be a good time to plan to allow people to change the email address, as work is going to have to be done on the accounts for the various launches.

The email address I used when I signed up no longer exists, as my email provider at that time subsequently closed all email accounts that weren't cable.

I hope the account log on details I found on a scrap bit of paper (good job I'm not a tidy person) are correct otherwise I'm going to lose my chars.

True, but that does not help him now.

There are people who lost their password and/or accountname.

There seems to be a way getting this back via their registered email.

And there are people with an invalid email but having valid accountname/password.

There has to be a way to associate a new email via their correct acc/pass data.

Could not be so complicated right?

I was aware of what ias in the FAQ.

As I said, with the movement of accounts that's going to happen, it would be a good time to allow a change to the associated email address if you have the log on details.
