I guess I had no idea that virtually all of the dungeons can be 10 manned. That sorta blows my mind if that's accurate. As a criticism, I'm not sure why you have some listed faction specific. Either there are many more that are generally faction specific or none. SFK for example has no ally quests except the pally one as far as I know. Yet the deadmines has some for horde I think?

I took this information from the web months ago when i was playing in Nostalrius.

 

And i took this information for your question about Deadmines:

 

So what is in it for Horde players? There are no Horde quests in the Deadmines, and there is a lengthy run through Alliance territory just to reach the instance's entrance. Despite these drawbacks, completing the Deadmines also completes a Class Dungeon Achievement for Horde characters, and it is a great place to pick up some low level loot, cloth, and ore. There are a few rare vanity pets dropped in the Deadmines that players can either learn or sell to make the dungeon a more lucrative adventure.

 

Indeed, you can find the item quest for Paladin inside Shadowfang Keep. Just where the horses are.

Plus the deadmines (and wc too) has some of the best twink items in the game so it is very appealing to both factions.

I'd be up for Deadmines as a horde. I guess getting there would be a part of the fun?

True. I recommend you to follow: Booty Bay > Grom' Gol Base Camp > Left Beach > Westfall > Near Moonbrook > Deadmines!

That blurb you quoted is from a later patch. There are no achievements in vanilla.

Every instance is available for both factions - RFC and Stockades are just a tad difficult for one faction to enter. Though I would love to see a level 15 group of Alliance rushing through Orgrimmar to get to RFC.
