Some people say the server will be rolled back to the point BEFORE the official announcement. Rumors say it’s gonna be even a whole week. I’m curious, because I never lost hope on the server being relaunched some when in the future so I used to keep farming lotuses and arcane crystals, leveling horde twinks and buying pre 1.4 mounts until like 3 hours before server closure (the event where you could buy old boe mounts was still up on the PVE server). Also we’ve been raiding with our guild on the last day and some people got important drops. So if this gonna happen like rumors predict it, I cannot really see the reason in it. Why didn't they save the data just when the server went down and use it for continuation? Is it cuz many people committed suicide, deleted their gear and gave away all their money after the announcement? Well, I don’t wanna sound rough but isn’t that their own fault then? Why should those people, who kept their hope on the server and continued to play, been “punished”? And since my real life has changed a bit during the past 8 months I won’t have that much time anymore to repeat that effort (if the event will be opened and the mounts will be obtainable again). I remember I traded a guy on horde side a lot of gold so he could buy me white raptors (were over 2k golds). Worst cace scenario would be if the rollback hits right at the point when I traded him the money so when the server is up again I won't neither see the guy with my money nor my mounts I'm very happy and thankful about the Relaunch and I'm conscious about the whine level in this post but this really bothers me Edited December 9, 2016 by Buffdaddy 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

But you will be insulted within the next minutes by people who tell you that it was you who ran around at nost closing begging players for gold and now you are afraid of losing all that "stolen silver" again lol. The reason as you said correctly is that a lot of people did weird things within the last days because they freaked out and the rollback shall make them happy again. A lot of mature players who did not freak out will lose things they achieved within the last days of the server. It´s sad. A: Anything you did after Nostalrius announced they were shutting down their server was not saved. Anything you did before the announce you will get back. Do not ask for the exact moment, I don't know when exactly it was made. Undertanker 88 Report post Posted December 9, 2016 After Pottu posted that another posted that if you had something before the announcement you will still have it, if you had something after the announcement it will be lost.
