Foreign Mail-Providers and E-Mail-Verification

Hello Dear Devs,

 

thank you for providing this service to us so far!

 

Me and a few guildmates have run in to trouble lately. We created Accounts to join in on the Stress-Tests. Now, as we want to transfer accounts from Nost to Ely, we can't verify the e-mail on previously created Ely-Accounts because you somehow dont send to our e-mail provider in Germany (GMX). Don't know if that issue is also applicable for other countries/providers.

 

As we don't want to be flagged as account traders and really wish to join the hype on saturday, please advise as to what to do.

I have more or less the same issue as above: my first account worked straight away (a gmail address), the 2nd account didnt (a .dk mail provider).

The spam folder is empty, and there are no other rules to apply or edit.

 

I have resent the mail a few times (and some of the times gotten a 503 or 504 gateway error on the web page; assuming this is due to heavy traffic).

 

I also tried to send my token as email from Nostalrius - this worked; the mail was successfully send (and received) to my email address.

 

Now comes the fun part:

While the account was waiting to be authenticated, I managed to click "Play now" and add my token. It seems the token went through (I can log into the server and see the four offline realms). But if I enter the control panel I get a message that my (web)account is not active.
