CONTROL PANEL don't show any chars, after i used my token

So.. I just created my Elysium account, got my token from nostalrius, pasted the token in the nostalrius transfer page. Got the message:

 

Success! Your characters are ready to rejoin your friends in the battle for Azeroth.

 

But.. When i go to control panel it says: "You don't have any character yet!"

 

I'm sure I had a lvl 60 druid on nostalrius PvP. Tryed to do the steps over, but since i have already used my token there is not much to do. Anyone know a fix for this? And is it a common problem?

I'm having the same problem, I can only ever remember having the one account, yet it's showing I have nothing on it. Been trying everything I can think of, but nothing has changed yet :/

i had 1 mage that i only played on and it never got to my control panel either... maybe it is just a bug

If it is then it's not a very nice one. Mine still says I have no chars. I don't have the time or patience to be levelling all over again either :/

I also have the same issue, not that I had any max leveled characters, but would be nice to get those that I had already spent a considerable time leveling up.

Most of the time, the servers need to be available for that kind of thing to work. At the moment, only GM's have access to the servers and all but the PVE realm are offline.

Everyone in my guild, and my partner can all see their chars on the pve server on the control panel. I thought it would require us logging in too to begin with.

Same issue, did you guys use ur tokens before verifying ur accounts? I think that bugs it out.

I wasn't aware you could even use a token before veryifying. I'd verified mine before using it either way though.

Maybe not with the nost token but the Elysium transfer sent me a link promp to click and I did that one before verifying, figured that was why mine bugged.

I created my token before I created an account on Elysium, because I thought I had an account from the stress test, but this was ofc deleted. However i used my token after I verified my Elysium account.

I'm going mad trying to figure out if I had a second account I've somehow completely forgot. We still dont know if this is a bug on the control panel or not though.

I am having the same issue with my account.

 

-Only had 1 nost account so I know it is right

-Went through steps in order

-It accepeted my token then took me to the CP where it showed I had no characters.  I have tried making a second elysium account, but the token has been used.

 

 

Any admin response on this issue?  Seems to be pretty common

I only had one Nost account.

 

Got my token, validated my email, consumed the token, said my characters were transferred.

 

"You don't have any character yet!" in the control panel.

One guy in the forums had same problem and realized after some time he had had two accounts associated with his original address.  One thing you can do to kinda look into your toons, is go check all the toon names you had that you can think of on realmplayers. Are your toons in the right guild? are they naked.  Does seeing any toon name you can think of jog your memory as to maybe you had more accounts.  Just a way to pass the time at the very least.

 

It could all be just a systems problem entirely out of your control and down the road a technical fix will be forthcoming.  I hope...

Sure I only had one account. Found my char on realmplayers. Right guild, not naked. Guess we just have to wait and see if the characters shows up in the game 17. dec =)

Same problem i used token and it's saying : You don't have any character yet! 

And it's saying my Token is consumed when i try on new account

Been talking with "Snow" on discord he helps in "help-and-support" channel. So he is passing this along to people that can help with this sort of thing. So as soon as i hear anything ill write you back here.

Same problem here.

I transfered two accounts, the first works fine, but after when I used the second token, and I opened the CP I cant see any of my characters.
