Token Consumed, but no characters show on the CP.

I registered and got my token.. got the "your characters were transferred message", but the control panel says I don't have any characters. How can I resolve this?

Bump, same thing for one of my alt accounts. I dont remember if there were accounts on it at all but I highly doubt that it didnt even have lvl 1's on it. Ill just follow this topic and see if something good comes out .

Accounts with a level 1- that were not bank alts may have been wiped. A lot of proportion their level 1s gone, but nobody complaining about bank alts missing, so assuming your alt account toon is bye bye. Do your best to remember your main toon account name if your WTF was cleared.
