WhyNot 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2016 (edited) Hey Everyone, I'm new here and new at doing things like this but I would like some feedback and input on a little thing I am working on. I have created an excel sheet based of of this LINK with some gear and stat calculations on it taken from various websites (I will link them below). What I would like some help with is as close to correctly creating proper stat weights and obtaining some missing information. Here is a link to the sheet so you can have a look and give hopefully constructive feedback. I only planed on creating this for myself but figured I would put it out there for anyone that would find it useful. Spreadsheet Link *Download to use it without changing the source. To use, just change the drop downs in the stat and enchant areas to any of the listed items/enchants and the stats will update. *Tanking talents tab added. **Please note that this does not sim fights in any way** Missing information: All naked warrior race stats @ 60. Shoulder enchant information Adding buffs/potions/flasks Talents So let me know what you guys think if I should keep it going or not. Undertanker 88 Report post Posted December 15, 2016 (edited) The thing with tank gear is there is no set 13-items you never take off. You have a TPS set (3 hit, 6 hit, 8 hit, 9 hit), max def set, max Stam set, and an OVERALL set, we are OP running MC with AQ40 geared dps set + your different resist sets. Items hold different value based on individual encounters. I may like Lifegiving Gem on Val/Chromag, but want Onxyia Talisman on Nef. I recommend using Walgraves spreadsheet for a good reference and maybe he can link that here if he wants in a new thread. WhyNot 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2016 (edited) Thank you for the link Storfan this will help me out a lot. I will look into incorporating different sheets for different SETS. The thing i don't like about his sheet is that you don't have the choice of gear to mix and match yourself, unless I am missing something. I am trying to make a sheet that will let you, the player, find the right gear that best fits you in your current content not just BiS overall.
