Cant log in

I try to log in to the server 2 days in a row but i cant log in because  appear this message. " The information you have entered is not valid". But i create the account days ago. Help me :´(

Servers aren't up yet. They come live on Saturday the 17th.

So strange, I am getting the same issue, however my buddy is staring at the "offline servers" as we speak. He logs in, and gets to the server screen and, of course, can't go further. My process is as you described. It acts like my information is incorrect. Perhaps there is a delay in server creation and actual credentials placed on the game server?

My friend see the servers, but they are offline. I try and log in and get "disconnected from server" instantly. Client is downloaded and realm.wtf is changed to the proper things. Any ideas?

Try a VPN, your IP could be blacklisted.

How the heck could that happen I have never even played on any private server?

I know that....But I should be able to log into see the offline servers make sure my account is working properly. Like my friend can, but I cant log in like he can so there is something not working. I want to figure this out before the 17th.

Verify you can login to: https://elysium-project.org/control

 

Double check your realmlist file, make sure there are no additional spaces before or after.

You need create a new account,that's correct, i use this way
