Technically they are. Fear Ward is nice to have so your tanks don't have to stance dance during encounters with Fear mechanics, but Humans will outscale Dwarves with the 5% Spirit racial.

Technically they're not as fear ward is just 2 good. having entire melee squad fearwarded on bosses like magmadar, nefarian and onyxia is prefered to you having 5% spirit when there is no way in hell you're going oom.

 

I feel sorry for the people taking this advice and rolling a human, only to realise they've been memed and now they can't even support their starving family through raiding because they're not a manlet with fearward.
