Hello.

I've submitted my account information to the Nostalrius token page. I've received an email with the token which I've pasted to the Elysium page, but keeps saying that I don't have any characters on this account. What could've gone wrong?

I've posted same problem 12th december and I have not received any response yet! So... Big shitty sh*t that problem.

Nah, I had a level thirty something Tauren on Nost.

you cant enter the wronge account information because recieving the token confirms its a correct acc

My characters from Nostalrius are also missing... Their names are showing up when I add them to friends on a new character (offline, of course), but they're missing from my account.

Yea, I'm missing characters on my accounts. Some are not missing, too. Even some of the names of my missing characters have been snatched unfortunately. I was able to get back a couple of names by creating new characters, but I can't remember them all. Quite nerve-wracking. Hopefully they'll fix this mishap and hopefully we will get our missing characters back somehow..

Same here.

After I did transfer Nost PvE to Nost2.0 I did get 5 of 7 characters, 2 of them are lvl 60...

And funny is that I can add my Shaman & Warlock name on friends list and the did found them, even in my guild, both of them are there :/

I'm not here to lvl:up low lvl:s, i'm here to farm gear on my Shaman

 

Btw, did you get your characters back #Randomlurker by creating new characters ?

If yes: Then I will try to do that later, or if 2 of my missing char will be back at that time, i hope

I only got some of my old names back, but they're new characters unfortunately.. I'd rather have all my old characters with the original names intact. I'm on the PVE server, too.

I'm starting to wonder if having multiple nost accounts with the same email address is one factor.

Did try today, but that name is already taken, ofc...

 

I hope som admin/gm can help me to bring back my Shaman, Dunno why I did get all of my low-lvl char but not lvl 60 char :s

And I use the same email address on Nost and elysium, but not more than 1 Nost account.

Not only that, I did log into PvP server (because it was closed yesterday) and it's empty :/

Yes, I did have like 3-4 char, it was the first server I did play on, and when Nost released PvE server I went there.

 

But right now, the only thing I care is my Shaman!

To farm new Shaman to 60 on this timeline ?? no way, it takes years to grind, plus I prefer new server instead of this one...
