Geston 15 Report post Posted December 21, 2016 Whenever I try and apply Brilliant Wizard Oil to my weapon I get an error message stating "That spell is not available to you." I had ask one of admins few minuts ago specially for you and got answer: instead of deleting the items from everyones inventories, the effects were disabled oils were added in 1.9 Just keep that till 1.9 patch.) 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
