My transfer is bugged out and I can't log into the account

So I made a new account on the website using a hotmail email address, the verification link had been sent to me and I managed to verify it, my character is also seen in the guild list but I cannot log into the account, it keeps saying invalid credentials and I tried to reset the password but nothing is now getting sent to the hotmail address that I created the account with.

Please help.

Log into the control panel, and change your email to gmail or something else than microsoft.

 

Edit: If I understood you right, you remember your username and password. And the character has been imported considering it's in the guild list, so it should be there.

its not last few hours its last few days.. it has something to do with account validation i got the reset pass email  and then when i click on the link it says "Your activation code is not valid" a lot of people have this issue

Please direct your rage towards Hotmail for blacklisting us due to volume of emails we've had to sent out. There is literally nothing we can do about that.

Again, if you transferred your Nostalrius account successfully, you can then log-in to your Elysium account and play. You don't need separate verification for that.

You cannot change your Nostalrius or Elysium email address.

The problem is that we can't login to the elysium account and we can't change the password. In the password recovery page (after following the link from the recovery e-mail) there is a small window stating that the activation code is invalid. We can't resend the activation code as we can't login to the contol panel, due to the "invalid credentials" error (wich has to be an error as the login information is correct).

Everything is working now!. The "invalid activation code" error just stopped this morning, PW recovery worked and im back in the game!. Thanks alot to whomever fixed this
