Banned after using eye of the beast in dungeon.

To Elysium-Project team,

I was inside BFD while waiting the rest of the party to come in the dungeon, I was bored due to constant disconnects of my party so I was using eye of the beast to have fun while waiting. After 20 seconds of using it, i disconnected and when I tried to relog I was banned. I don't know why or if I violated the terms of the game by that.

I spent a lot of time leveling and endless ganks from highier level players to start over again. Please have a look at my case and let me know if it's a temporary ban or what so ever.

Did you transfered your account from Nost/Elysium? did you use a new email?

I'm new to Nostalrius. I didn't transfer any old account. And I've already applied on the ban thread but no luck yet.
