Cooking nt working

When trying to cook something it says "You dont have proficiency for such spell" and goodbye.

 

I already tried delete WTF folder someone got same issue?

There are a few recipes "not working" such as Sagefish.

This is intended behaviour, because the recipe itself is not supposed to be available before patch 1.9 (we are currently at patch 1.8).
