Playing a sound when ability is usable / off CD?

Is there any addon that can play a sound when an ability comes off cooldown, or is usable?

I'd love to have a sound play when Overpower is usable, for example.

MSBT shows a little pop-up notification, but a sound would catch my attention a lot easier.

You could try Smartbuff for buffs. It plays an irritating sound and has a splash on cooldowns.

You might also like to use ModifiedPowerAuras
