Changing Password

I keep hearing about accounts being hacked and players getting their accounts banned ,with the new Fresh server about to drop ,I feel it would be a good idea to change my password , but I have no idea as to how I go about changing my password , can anyone lead me in the right direction?

I would like to know this too - when trying to log into the game it says my account is banned but I can log in here without a problem... when I go to my control panel on Elysium page I can see all my characters but the only option to chose is donating money for the servers... plz help !

You can't change password directly from the Web, but if you Logout and then select "Forgot password" you get an email with password reset instructions - and there you can enter a new password.
