About Us: 

 

<Thundercats> is an established raiding guild dating back to the Nostalrius initial server launch in 2015.  Our focus is to provide raiding availability to the late night east coast, stand time west coast player base.  We have had dozens of R11, a few R12/13, a couple R14s and many people love PVPing on alts or mains as well as world PVPing when we're trying to farm.  We're about 7.5/10 on the serious scale and I've found it's immaculate for an MMORPG.

 

We use Loot Council as our preferred loot distribution system with a wish-list that you will submit to your class leader.  This is to ensure those that are regularly available, using consumables, perform on par with their gear level, and show proper situational awareness in a raiding atmosphere are rewarded for their efforts.  Transparency is key.

 

Standards are to know your class' mechanics, consumables, and pre-raid BiS.  We can help you, but there is a standard of bare requirements you should be entering the guild with.  We want to encourage a loving environment where you aren't flamed for asking questions, we all are trying to improve and we help each other with that at every opportunity.

 

We are always looking for players who fit our play-style regardless if you are a longtime player on the server, or just starting out.  One of our main DPS warriors joined us at lvl 7 while we already had all available content on clear. This anonymous player asked if applying at 7 was a waste and we told him absolutely not.  Once 60, he showed determination, situational awareness and eagerness to improve.  This player quickly rose through our ranks due to attendance, preparation, and performance and is considered one of the heavy weights of the guild in what was at the time an overcrowded raid position.  His story is one that shows you can always "catch up" if you care and want to be strong at this game.  It is a simple example of why we recruit skill, and attitude over what gear you have.  Gear is easy; we get lots of it.  Having committed decent people is the key.  You'll get out what you put in.
 
<Thundercats> aims to prosper with people who enjoy 1.12.1 WoW and truly love the guild dynamics.  We are a fun group of people that chat sports (Guild Fantasy-Football), understand when real life happens, and help up and coming players/alts with nearly everything.  Our tanks actually run 5 mans for your alts as well.  We have a Community that's grown the past 2 years and we want you to become a part of our family.  The depth of our group is extremely rewarding and the fact we have such efficient clear times with such a relaxed environment is a statement to our progress as people.
