Everytime i try to log into my control panel i get this error? Anyone know what this is?

Have the same problem as the OP. And changing browser/clearing cache doesn't help. Any other suggestions?

I just tested it, yeah it's not currently working for me either.

I received that message a few times while attempting to enable Two-Factor Authentication. After a few tries it worked. My guess is the site is hosted on a rate-limited hosting provider. Try again later. Most such hosting providers rate limit by the hour, so maybe try at the top of the hour?
