Had my account hacked and most of my gold stolen

I have, of course, changed my password. What i want to ask is, is there any way to get the stolen gold back? Does this server do restoration of stolen gold or items?

I'd suggest trying to make a ticket in-game... Don't have high hopes though, like most officials that uphold the law, there needs to be proof beyond a reasonable doubt for reparations.

The fact they left you any gold could be used as proof it didn't happen - even if it did. Most the time they sell all gear and take all gold. Best of luck to you.

Information regarding restoring items / gold can be found in the Terms of Use.

III. Character/Currency/Item restoration

Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances.

Game items such as experience, gold or equipment that you have lost through accident, very rare failure of the server, or otherwise, cannot be restored. There are two exceptions to this:

• Unique quest items or keys can be restored with sufficient evidence that the player had previously obtained them.

• Raid items with the rarity of Epic and above can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the conditions below

a. Exact date of the raid;

b. Video of complete encounter which also shows the raid ID, loot and complete list of raid members;

c. Name of the player who received or should have received the item.

Restoration of any item is always at the discretion of Elysium staff. Falsified information will lead to immediate account closure.

He posted directly from their rules, so he is right. But the end of it says that restoration of any item is always at the discretion of Elysium staff. I don't know anyone who has gotten gold back, which is why I said you'd need proof, but that I have no idea how you'd prove it. But you can always try!

Yeah sorry. I thought I saw it saying you where hacked and banned. As for restoration I have seen a few players get their quest items like "carrot on the stick" back. But, never the gold or other non quest related items.
