My Email / acc got hacked severals hours and my main character was deleted

Hello sorry for disturbed, but unfortunately my email was hacked and my main character (level 60 druid with tier 2 gear) was deleted the January 4.

Today I change the pass from mail and acc 

The account name is doguturk and email is [email protected] is possible solved this situation ? 

Any help will be very appreciated.

i got visual evidences (screenshots) i played this character from a lot time ago since nostalrius launch in 2015 if it is needed

Sorry, but the characters are gone.

 

They do not restore deleted characters or items/gold. Only exception are quest items that can't be achieved again.

For this create an ingame ticket.

 

Account security is your responsibility. In the future don't use the same credentials on multiple websites/servers.

Also, never post your information like you did just now.

III. Character/Currency/Item restoration

Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances.

Game items such as experience, gold or equipment that you have lost through accident, very rare failure of the server, or otherwise, cannot be restored. There are two exceptions to this:

Unique quest items or keys can be restored with sufficient evidence that the player had previously obtained them.

Raid items with the rarity of Epic and above can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the conditions below

a. Exact date of the raid;

b. Video of complete encounter which also shows the raid ID, loot and complete list of raid members;

c. Name of the player who received or should have received the item.

Restoration of any item is always at the discretion of Elysium staff. Falsified information will lead to immediate account closure.

 

Unfortunately, the staff has a firm stand on restoring deleted characters. As since your character will not be restored then there is no reason to even bother with your t2 gear.

Let me to know if in a near future is possible solved this situation i wasted 100 played days on this character T2 gear and r12 also.

You could make a ticket ingame. But, the staff will refer to the terms of use and their stance on restoring characters and gear. You should be more careful with passwords you use for things. Never use the same password for anything. Sure it may be harder to remember. Just better protect yourself in the future with strong passwords.

I created a ticket with lvl  in the account from character deleted since 2 h ago nobody response need to be a more high level ? 

I did click in Help request, Issues GM, Character,  report character issue

Have to remember there are 6000 players on the PvE realm and almost 12k players on the PvP realm. So your ticket will be answered in due time just be patient. Even though its been only 24 hours since it happened the staff still have to follow their guidelines in regards to character and lost items restoration.

This doesn't work.

 

You have to create your ticket with "Stuck" > "Still stuck, page a GM"
