Password not valid after server reset

Title says it all, downloaded client and started playing yesterday, first time Im using a private server so my data isnt anywhere else.

Was playing a paladin on PVE, lvl 10, name is Arugon.

Played yesterday just fine, tried to play today and server was under maintenance, played a bit after maintenance, then server reset, played for 5 minutes, god disconnected, then the whole game/website was down, now I try to login and it says my password isnt valid....?

That's happening to me too, and I've played for a long time (since old nost).

I'm actually happy this is happening to you, since it probably means it's happening to everyone else and doesn't mean we got hacked -.-'

I am also getting the same problem. Was playing today right up until the server reset. 10-15 mins ago I tried to log in and got as far as "Authenticating" before the "disconnected from server" message appeared. I repeated this 3 times until it finally went straight to "disconnected from server" at the log-in screen.

 

I have deleted the config.wtf file and readded the realm name and server, but it is now telling me my password is incorrect.

 

Have I been hacked or is this a common issue people are having?

I also played about half an hour after the maintenance and dc'ed. Now PW/Username isn´t valid!

You're not alone. I don't think we have to worry about it just yet.

When I try to use the Elysium control panel I get the following error:

"Authentication request could not be processed due to a system problem."

 

I think the password error is the go to error right now. It's not really your password.

It's the server not processing your information correctly.

Just seen these replies. I read a post from one of the devs on the announcement forums that PvP realm was back up over 30mins ago.

Dunno if its good news or bad, but now when I try to login it no longer says the invalid password thing, just says disconnected from server again
