Account Hacked Nost PvE server 44 hunter

Hello guys, so i took off a few days(3 days) and when i got back my character was naked and with no gold, it is an lvl 44 hunter, first aid almost 250 LW 204, skinning 225, almost 4 days played. Im no scamer, and i did nothing to get banned, now i cant log to my account, my password got changed or something, the funny things is that i have both my emails secured with telephone and back up e-mail. I dont share the account.

The log-in server is down at the moment; any attempts to log in will return an 'Invalid Password' error. Will update again when online.

Thanks @Elizondo but still, my Character is with no items, and no gold, they left me with 200 arrows, the quest items and 2s 70c.

Information regarding item restoration.

III. Character/Currency/Item restoration

Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances.

Game items such as experience, gold or equipment that you have lost through accident, very rare failure of the server, or otherwise, cannot be restored. There are two exceptions to this:

Unique quest items or keys can be restored with sufficient evidence that the player had previously obtained them.

Raid items with the rarity of Epic and above can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the conditions below

a. Exact date of the raid;

b. Video of complete encounter which also shows the raid ID, loot and complete list of raid members;

c. Name of the player who received or should have received the item.

Restoration of any item is always at the discretion of Elysium staff. Falsified information will lead to immediate account closure.

As you are only level 44. You wouldn't have any epic raid gear. So yes all the gear you had on would most likely not be restored.

Or be part of a reasonable guild and help you out :P There are a ton of helpful guilds out there. You just have to find them yourself.
